Thanks to Dokonalý nájemník I was able to find my new apartment fast and easily.

Although I do not speak Czech, the agents of Dokonalý nájemník spoke perfect English, and with the help specifically of Tereza Rauchfuss I was able to complete a visit, reserve the aparment with no issues and move forward with the signing and moving process. She also helped with any questions I had along the way.

I recently also used the agency's services, and the support team was fast-responding (again, in perfect English) and went to resolve my issue immediately.

Služby Dokonalého nájemníka jsem využila z důvodu pobytu v zahraničí a i přes počáteční nedůvěru a strach toho ani trochu nelituji. Pro lidi, kteří nemají zkušenosti a navíc pomoc v ČR je to ta nejlepší volba. Tímto bych ráda zmínila především Pana Lukáše Knotka, který se mi postaral naprosto o vše, dokonce vyzvedl klíče při předání bytu, kde jsem já potřebovala, aniž bych u toho musela být. Možná pro něj samozřejmost, pro mě ne a za to mu ještě jednou děkuji. Jsem opravdu nesmírně spokojená. Komunikace a ochota celé firmy, pro mě nepopsatelná. Konečně ze mě opadl veškerý stres a rozhodně bych neměnila. Děkuji.

K možnosti využít služeb Dokonalého nájemníka mě přivedla kamarádka, která ji už delší dobu využívá a je s ní velmi spokojena. Rozhodl jsem se, že to zkusím také a doposud myslím, že jsem udělal dobře. Podmínky smlouvy a celkově pronájmu jsme řešili s manažerem panem Jovičičem, který vše profesionálně a hlavně vstřícně vysvětlil a zařídil také, co bylo potřeba. Hlavně kvůli tomuto přístupu jsem zatím celkově se službou velmi spokojený. Aktuálně se podařilo byt pronajmout a když si srovnám starosti, které jsem míval při hledání nájemce na vlastní pěst a službu ze strany Dokonalého nájemce, tak mi to je potvrzuje, že jsem se rozhodl správně.

Pro společnost Dokonalý nájemník jsem se rozhodl víceméně intuitivně procházením webových nabídek. Již po prvním písemném a následně telefonickém kontaktu jsem začal nabývat dojmu, že jsem se rozhodl dobře. Správnost mého rozhodnutí pak ještě posílilo osobní setkání s obchodní manažerkou paní Kubicovou při prohlídce bytu a sepisováním protokolu o předání nemovitosti. Férový, lidský a milý přístup mi dal jasný signál, že jsem si vybral dobře a po roce toto mohu potvrdit.
Jelikož od bytu, který pronajímám bydlím poměrně daleko, je pro mě obrovskou výhodou, že nemusím dojíždět a řešit záležitosti související s pronájmem. Například před časem se objevila drobná závada, kterou mi společnost nahlásila a nabídla řešení – opravu prostřednictvím jejich smluvního opraváře. To je pro mě veliká úleva, protože za cestu bych utratil možná více než za opravu, a to nepočítám ztracený čas. A tak bych mohl pokračovat, například je fajn, že dvakrát do roka dostávám písemnou (a obrazovou :-)) zprávu o stavu nemovitosti, a že částky za nájem chodí pravidelně, snad nemusím ani zmiňovat

Dokonalý Nájemník je služba se kterou jsem byl velmi spokojen. Profesionální a příjemné jednání. Vše probíhalo dle domluvy před započetím spolupráce. Svůj byt jsem s nimi pronajímal cca 2 roky, celou dobu byl obsazen a peníze chodily vždy včas. Pravidelně jsem dostával reporty o stavu svého bytu včetně aktuálních fotek. Spolupráci jsem ukončil až při prodeji svého bytu. Mohu velmi doporučit.

Vlastním byt mimo Prahu a dojíždění bez auta za případným podnájemníkem při každém problému bylo nemyslitelné. Proto jsem se rozhodla využít služeb Dokonalého nájemníka a jsem opravdu velmi spokojená. Navíc s pronájmem nemám žádné zkušenosti a se vším mi pomohli a pomáhají stále. Doporučuji.
