Wow! So glad we went to this authentic restaurant. The flavors of all our meals were amazing! Menu has plenty of Czech dishes and we tried a bit of everything. The soup was also good, had a lot of dille but I guess that's how people like it. The homemade lemonade was delicious as well. 10/10 recommend this to tourists who want to try some Czech food, and the prices were good too!

We had Goulash and it was so good. The service is fast and friendly and the atmosphere is great. It seems like a restaurant that locals also go to. I does get full tho, but we still got a table without reservations since it’s a big place.

Met a fellow on the train who led us here…. Best meal of the week for us! We enjoyed the beef tartare, cheese app and beef goulash with latkes (and horseradish). Portion sizes were perfect, the dishes were exquisitely prepared, and the casual atmosphere was a true delight! 10/10 recommend! Plenty of drinks on tap, you won’t go wrong.

A really friendly restaurant with delicious food. We wanted somewhere that did great food, was family friendly, but also friendly on the purse strings. This place did all three. Server was great as well - food came out quickly.
Only downside - as with everywhere in Prague, the outside area is dominated by smokers, so we had to sit inside to avoid us and our children inhaling smoke. A non-smoking outside area would make this place even better.

It was everything amazing, all waiters were very nice with us and we congrats the chef for his amazing food. (If you like tartar you cannot leave this place without tasting it!)
I don't remember the price but we paid around 18 euros p.p. (4 dishes, coleslaw and beers p.p.)

We went to this place to drink two days in a row. We liked the atmosphere of being inside a passage and the place was also quite cozy for those cold December nights. The waiter recognized us the next day and recommended a couple of dishes. When we left he said goodbye very kindly and recommended other places where we could eat and drink.

Lovely pub with good food and beer. Attentative staff, lovely outside seating area and fair prices.

Spacious, inviting, good ambience. Started with warm wine on a freezing December night. Excellent soups, salads and traditional meat dishes. Greatly enjoyed our dinner. Very recommended

Was recommended by our airbnb host - we had pork knuckle and dark beer. Loved the pork knuckle and pickles, horseradish and mustard that came with it. As mentioned by other reviewers the horseradish and mustard are quite spicy but we loved it. Pork knuckle was also very good - the skin wasn't extra hard but just right and inside was well cooked. Service was a bit slow, and some waiters were not as friendly but still ok. We tipped 10% of total bill. Beer tasted great.

Excellent appetizers, entrees, ambiance, and of course BEER. Enjoy the heated, covered patio and a few fresh pilsner urquelle, poured with a beautiful head of foam in good clean glassware. A place for locals and tourists alike. We visited twice in one day

Delicious, Czech soup highly advised(patato soup) the traditional cheese is very tasty too. The bread and beef was interesting I dont think everyone will like it but do try. Outdoor space is very nice mint leaves right next to me, I used a couple of them. Portions are really really big, value for money and great beer. Friendly staff, they all speak English too. Must visit

I was in Prague with a friend and we almost passed by this hidden gem on our first night. The decor was vintage. They had an extension of the restaurant for smokers, so you didn't have to stand out in the cold to smoke. The staff was amazing, very attentive and best of all, the food was outstanding!!!! Everything, we ordered was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. I was too full to try a dessert, so I'll be going back before I leave for more of that mouth watering dishes. Can't wait to try other dishes on the menu.

Everything about this restaurant was incredible, the food and service. Hig quality food with larger portions than expected. Great beer and wine. Enjoyable atmosphere.

Great traditional Czech restaurant with good beer. We visited twice during our 1 week stay. A friend of mine was particularly enthusiastic about the steak tartare.

HUGE PORTIONS! lively in a good way and the staff were very friendly. We had the pork knuckle and the duck confit. Both amazing. Had to waddle home we were so full.

Had a delicious meal here tonight; the wait staff were polite and efficient; food service was quick - we had the beef tartare to start, very tasty followed by the pork knuckle and roasted duck. Thought the prices were quite reasonable too (we had just spent the week before in Austria).

The food was very good , they had menu in English too . We went just walk in and we got a place to sit and eat . But its betterbto book and go. Its close to the city centre and nice and cozy place . There was also a person who was playing keyboard and the music was so good . He played some classic tunes which made us actually get few beers extra .
