We frequented this super chill establishment every day! Wonderful staff and a kitchen that does a lot with the available Cuban ingredients. Tostones Rellenos are not to be missed. Delicious fried plantain with jamon y queso inside! Traditional Cuban rice - Arroz Moros was delicious with the crispy fries. This was our favorite place to hang out in this area. Nice small terrace seating at the California Cafe.

We tried some food here and it was good ! Given what they have available, they did make some good vegetarian food, with lots of options.
First visit was okay. We weren't blown away or anything. The second time the food was good and came fast.

Atmosphere was good ! Like the people. Very relaxed place.

From the waitstaff to the bartenders, everyone here is super chill, friendly, and welcoming. Almost everyone here speaks english, which is very helpful when trying to navigate havana for the first time. The food is amazing, with many vegetarian options as well! Our personal favorite was the lobster special!!! The fresh coconut water here is also amazing!!! 10/10 experience!!!

Very nice atmosphere. A very friendly staff, a good amount of delicious food would highly recommend their coffee and on alcoholic drinks.

Located right in the heart Havana of a very safe and quiet residential neighborhood. My favorite was the shrimp baked in a whole pineapple with beans and rice. It was called the Tropical Shrimp (Cubano). Friendly service and great deserts. Just 1.5 blocks from Hotel Nationale. It's a must for under $20 including a drink and desert.

Me and my friend were super hungry. If you’re vegetarian or Vegan. This place is for you. As vegetarian you’ll have multiple options to choose. Great people.Fantastic Food with super host. Google has an option to give only 5 star rating but they deserved more than that😂🫡.

The tostones rellenos were superb. Also, if you were looking for the most bang for your buck with respect to breakfast this is the place: eggs, juice, coffee, ham, bread, honey and a small bowl of fruit. All of it for under 3 dollars and good quality as well.

Refreshingly flavourful food in Cuba. Delicious servings of fresh fusion dishes in a comfortable outdoor setting. The local musicians added to the ambiance. Have the fish tacos.

Not an easy thing to find a good food in Cuba. That's why we visited California Cafe almost every day since we were 100% sure that we will leave satisfied. The food is very good and prices are reasonable. I especially recommend breakfast. I also need to mention very nice staff.

delicious vegan food! we loved the vegetable skewers and the coconut water with limeade. the veggie sandwich was better with hot sauce and the fritters i would pass on all together if i were to return. all in all 9/10

So happy to have caught the opening week, what luck! I used to frequent this cafe years ago while living in Havana, I was sad when it closed but am happy to see it back after the pandemic with some of my old friends still there and some new faces as well!
Great place to have a cocktail and hang out, bartenders are making their own drinks if you ask ;), here Ever was showing his new recipe, blue sky (if i remember the name right haha)
Food is delicious as well, a great hamburger and sald, so glad they are back!

I am so glad we stumbled upon this restaurant while walking around the neighborhood we stayed in. The workers are so nice and friendly. We ended up going not once, but TWICE! Daiyron, our server, was so friendly. Be sure to have him as your server. The food is amazing. My fiancé had the lobster both times and I had the Pork loin once and the cheeseburger the second time. The drinks are good too!

Highly recommended if you’re visiting Havana! We went here everyday during our stay. Loved the hospitality of the servers and workers. Food is great!

It is quite difficult to find vegetarian (not to mention vegan) food in cuba, but this place offers a few very good options. We went there at least 5 times! The food is really tasty, but quite pricey as well. The staff is very friendly and recognizes you, if you visit again.

The staff is lovely, the cocktails are well made, the food is good and it’s close to the Malecon. Def my favourite place of my Cuban trip :)

Don’t very often write reviews but found this place in Havana. First stopped for a Mojito had the best. Mojitos ever returned twice more over 2 days had the most amazing tacos and then returned to try fajitas and was fresh hot and spicy deffo will return one day 5 stars

Very cool tiny place next to the Malecon in the Vedado district. The food is delicious and perfect to go for lunch or just breakfast. Best guacamole ever ! Plus you’ve got a view on the FOCSA building.

The food here is really good!! It’s walking distance from our hotel NH Capri, and the wait staff was very friendly and efficient. We strongly recommend you eating here.

One of the best foods in Havanna. The lobster was great but the spicy shrimp served in a pineapple is to die for!!! For real!
Don't forget the cocktails!!!
