Contact the waitress, she is competent, friendly and articulate! Why people send out helpers to lure tourists to the beautiful tables with worn-out menu cards is a mystery to me. The location is wonderful and if there wasn't a security guard standing in front of the tables staring at the guests everything would be even nicer. Why do I give 5 points? Because the chef doesn't deserve less. To put it briefly: He gives even simple dishes a touch of French flair and knows how to make a plate stand out visually. Brilliant!

Found this gem walking around old Havana. Ended up going with 5 orders of Lobsters. FANTASTIC. So great we went back for round 2 the next day.

Great, if expensive, food in the beautifully restored Plaza Vieja. We spent a lovely evening there with friends, staying on to drink beers and watch the world go by. Magic.

Porc was excellent but Tiramisu very dry and had nothing to do with the real Tiramisu.
Nice view on the old square from the tiny crowed balcony. Airconditioning inside.
Bit pricy.
Friendly staff. No elevator.

Lovely location overlooking the square. Delicious shrimp pasta and the house speciality, Margarita with ginger and pineapple was fantastic!
