Lovely place. Beautiful restored mansion, high ceilings, nice art, open to breezes and gorgeous gardens. Restaurant that's so good people just come for that. Including wonderful breakfast buffet. And really friendly responsible staff. Manager Ana was great.

Amazing restaurant located in Vedado, Havana, Cuba.
The restaurant is located in the backyard of a boutique hotel. The food and service was amazing. From your table you can see the chef preparing the food because the kitchen is completely open and the tables are placed around the kitchen. Great service and very friendly staff.

I don't have one complaint about this place, it was perfect in every way. This hotel was amazing in every aspect, from the unique architecture, to the amenities, the helpful employees that treat you like family. The complementary breakfast was 5 stars, they really go all out, the food was fresh and full of flavor. The bar at the hotel is open 24/7 and if you want to sit there all night and drink, they let you, they also serve lunch and dinner as well. If you need help getting around, they arrange a car for you, I've honestly never stayed at a better hotel than this one. It's exceeded my expectations on every level and for the price it doesn't even compare. When we go back to Cuba, we will definitely be booking La Reserva Vedado again. There are a few people who don't speak a lot of English but if they can't understand you they'll go get someone on the phone right away who can help with whatever you need or take you wherever you need to go. They really go above and beyond. Also there are plenty of places you can walk to for food and drinks as well. We can't wait to go back.

Photos do not do this place justice! I have traveled quite a bit and to many places in the world and this is my favorite! I have never felt more at home than I did here! The customer service was beyond anything that I have experienced. My wife and I found ourselves caught in a hurricane and had to make adjustments to our plans during our stay and Susie and the team helped us to rearrange our trip so that we didn't have a single issue. Everything from the room to breakfast & lunch at the kitchen and drinks at the bar were wonderful. I cannot wait to come back!!! Be sure to ask about a restaurant called Gredos... it is the best kept secret in Havana!!

Probably the best place to stay in La Havana, just magic! the welcoming of the staff, the rooms, the place itself and the breakfast made us the happiest guests!
It s well located, more or less 10 minutes by taxi from all the city “must see/do”

Excellent place to stay. Highest quality like a fine European hotel, which is quite unusual for Havana. Stayed in other hotels throughout Cuba and nothing compares to this. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent boutique-type of hotel/BB in the heart of Havana. Excellent service and accommodations compared to what's available in Cuba. Owners very friendly and available. Staff was excellent and very accommodating and helpful.

A gem im Cuba, beautiful classic decoration, large rooms and bathrooms. impecable service and great breakfast. Worth the distance from the Habana vieja.

Absoluter Hotel-Tipp für Havanna, das allerbeste Hotel meiner 3-wöchigen Reise, absolut westlicher Standard und ein traumhafter Garten plus gutes Restaurant, das sich sehen lassen kann. Ruhig, sauber und sicher. Ich hätte gern noch einige Nächte länger hier verbracht. 😉

Das Personal super zuvorkommend, immer freundlich und caring. Ich kann in der Tat nichts Schlechtes über dieses Hotel sagen - zu dem Preis gibt es diesen Standard zu Hause auf jeden Fall nicht, auch wenn es preismäßig für kubanische Hotelpreise eher im höheren Bereich liegt.

Worüber ich mich besonders gefreut habe: Ich habe ohne es zu wissen ein Upgrade auf eine Suite statt normalen DZ bekommen - und das ganz ohne großes Tamtam oder Gerede. ⭐ Danke!

Das angeschlossene Restaurant ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert & eine Oase mit tollem Ambiente mitten in Havanna.

Nos encantó. Terraza muy acogedora. Personal amable y atento. Cocina auténtica y el mejor cebiche que hemos probado en la Habana, fresco y sabores equilibrados. El otro favorito el cordero. Sin duda repetiremos en nuestra proxima gira habanera.
