Stopped here a few times for an iced coffee to escape the Havana humidity, a compact bar that’s a shrine to Athletic Bilbao with a collection of other la Liga paraphernalia. Don’t have to be football fan to enjoy the place but it would help!

El MEJOR bar de toda la Habana. Bonito original, y con todo elementos del Athletic Club y su ciudad BILBAO. Trato muy amable. Lo mejor el mojito, muy sabroso y fresco. Lo preparan al momento y esta delicioso. AUPA ATHELTIC!

Un bar donde me sentí cómoda en La Habana, no me sentí ni presionada, ni engañada. El camarero que estaba allí y nos atendió era muy majo, y pude tomar Kalimotxo después de tanto Mojito y Ron.

Wir wollten eigentlich in dem danebenliegenden Restaurant 304 Essen gehen, da aber kein Tisch verfügbar war, hatte der „Türsteher“ uns vorgeschlagen in der nebenliegenden Bar einen Drink einzunehmen. Soweit so gut - der Cuba und Mojito waren der miserabelste den wir je in Cuba serviert bekommen haben. Lächerlich war der überteuerte Preis von 5 CUC pro Getränk, den man für Drinks in wesentlich besseren Locations zahlt und dafür entsprechende Qualität bekommt. Der Laden ist eine einfache Sportsbar und der Service nicht der Rede wert. Klar ist, dass der Türsteher vom 304 Restaurant mitverdient hatte. Einen Tisch haben wir übrigens auch nicht mehr bekommen - wir würden ausgelacht und weitergeschickt. Leider ein sehr schlechtes Beispiel von Service und Gastfreundschaft. Spart euch die Mühe und das Geld und geht lieber in netteren Restaurants ein paar Straßen weiter Essen - dort findet ihr weniger Schlepper und Nepper.
