Casa Cuarteles

If you want to feel like part of the family, the Cuban family, this is the perfect place. Cuba can be difficult. Lilly and the staff made everything easy. The rooms are lovely. The food wonderful. And the location is perfect. When I return to Havana (and I will return) I’ll be staying here.

Lovely B&B centrally located in the old town of Havana.The airy breakfast terrace with a view of the city makes for a great start to the day. The artfully decorated rooms have good Swedish mattresses and nice bathrooms. Tall French doors lead out to the balcony. The service-minded staff speak several languages, and the hostess Lillevi from Sweden can help with most things, such as exchanging money, recommending restaurants and tickets to shows. Thank you for being like a pleasant home for us during our stay in Havana!

This was our second visit to Casa Cuarteles. The hosts are AMAZING and have become our local friends. They take good care of us and ensure that we have the best experience every time.

The rooms have balconies, breakfast is served every morning and the staff keeps the place immaculate.

My husband and I had such an amazing stay at Casa Cuarteles! The location is perfect for exploring Old Havana, the quality of the accommodation is truly unrivalled with so many little touches which make this B&B Boutique such a lovely and authentic place to stay in Havana. The quality of service provided by the owners was exceptional. We felt truly welcomed and loved staying here. We will be back soon!

Lilly is adorable and an incredible host. The rooms are nice and clean, the rooftop is awesome and the service makes you feel at home. She and Alberto can also provide you with everything needed to get started with your stay in Cuba.

This is a superb BnB and the hosts Lilly and Alberto go out of their way to make the whole experience memorable.

Just book... its 10/10 everything. Clean, great smells, great location, massive rooms, breakfast is a definate the food is great and just keeps coming. Showers are super, all ensuite, sofas, kitchen area all in your own private area. It also has a roof top area for great views of the city. It has wifi. Great aircon. And its run by a Cuban man and a swedish lady who is amazing. Tells you everything and looks after you perfect. You will find nothing to complain about here and I love complaining. Very nice casa particular in the old town of La Habana. The owners put a lot of effort in renovating the house and rooms very nicely and go the extra mile in making the stay a great experience for the guest. Highly recommended

Casa Quartales exceeds what I could imagine for a stay in Havana. Not only is the accommodation centrally located in the city and by the harbour. All rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished, with very good beds, airconditon, ceiling fan, fridge and a private cozy balcony.

From the moment you arrive until you leave, you will be helped with absolutely everything by Lillevi and her husband, Alberto. They arranged the best and funniest driver to drive us around in an American convertible and a nice guide with whom we strolled around the city center. They booked a table for us on Christmas Eve at a fashionable hotel close by where we had a great experience with opera, good drinks and food.

We were also very pleased with their cheerful and service-minded employees. They don't know what good they can do for you. On the roof terrace you will be served an enchantingly delicious breakfast every day with omelette, fruit, bread, coffee, cheese and ham.

The bathroom is delicately furnished with soaps, towels and hair dryers. There is good water pressure and enough hot water. Something that is not a matter of course in Cuba. They are happy to wash your clothes for you and you can buy drinks and wine in their bar. I was very happy to find white wine here. It is not easy to find in Cuba.-)

Every room has a roll, the service was just over the top and the host was the best you can get.

Fantastiskt hotell som jag verkligen kan rekommendera. Ägaren, svenska Lillevi, hennes man och personal är fantastiska värdar som tar hand om sina gäster och kan berätta mycket om Kuba och Havanna. Läget är perfekt med närhet till restauranger, barer och sevärdheter.

Kan ikke få anbefalt denne Casa'en nok ❤ Lillevi og Alberto var så hyggelig og behjelpelig, ordnet med alt vi trengte! Om det var middagsreservasjoner, utflukter, taxi til stranden eller flyplasstransport - Lillevi og Alberto ordnet. Alle deres sjåfører var også veldig hyggelig 😊

For oss som ikke er så veldig god i spansk var det til stor hjelp at alle ansatte snakket godt engelsk!

Beliggenheten er midt i blinken, det er flere koselige restauranter og barer i nærområdet, samt kort avstand til ulike museer og serverdigheter. Å nyte frokosten i soloppgang på terrassen var et av dagens høydepunkt i Havana 🥰

J'arrive d'un petit séjour ici tout y est l'authenticité, le charme, la propreté, un service impeccable, un accueil très chaleureux bien situé. Des hôtes aux petits soins. Je vais y revenir assurément.

Nous avons adoré nos trois nuits passées chez Lillevi et Alberto! Tout était impeccable, très propre, à proximité des hauts lieux touristiques et surtout avec un accueil et un service incroyables! À faire sans hésiter!

Det finns inget bättre än Casa Cuartales. Där får du allt du kan önska; den bästa servicen och en miljö som är vacker och smakfull där inget har lämnats åt slumpen. Värdinnan Lillevi är mer än hjälpsam och får dig att känna dig speciellt välkommen. Frukosten dignar av fräsch frukt och allt du kan önska oavsett hemland.

Alla som arbetar där är professionella och verkar stortrivas på sitt jobb. Du måste boka in dig där om det inte är fullbokat.

There's no better place than Casa Cuartales. Here you'll get everything you will possibly need; the very best service and a setting which is beautiful and tasteful and where every piece of interior has a thought behind it. The hostess Lillevi is very helpful and makes you feel especially welcome. The breakfast is overflowing with fresh fruit and everything you would want regardless of your origin.

Everyone's working here is professional and seems to love their job. If you get the chance, stay at this place!

La casa est on ne peut mieux située à 100 mètres du Malécon en plein centre de Habana Vieja, et l’appartement est tout propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût.
Le petit déjeuner est succulent et est pris sur un superbe rooftop
Nos hôtes charmants sont toujours aux petits soins et cerise sur le gâteau, le dernier jour ils nous ont conseillé et réservé un spectacle magnifique à l’hôtel National 5t* de la Havane pour un prix dérisoire.
