La Esquina de Cuba

A cozy warm place in the heart of Habana Vieja. Located in the upper floor of the building, La Esquina de Cuba is a great place to take the dinner out on the balcony. The sea food plate (recommended :) was delicious and the all evening atmosphere, in an out, was a typically Habana one. As an extra overall compliment, personally I love the design and the interior finishings. Warm and kind staff, highly recommended.

I just had guajiro con tumbao pork medallion michelin level taste great food. Friend had enchilada camarones said was best shrimp ever.

BEST food in Havana plus service was outstanding. If you ever in Old Havana make sure to stop by.

Great place, very good service and excellent food. Prices are a bit higher than posted some months ago. But still very reasonable. Quality is really excellent. We had mixed fish here twice. Nice to sit outside.

We went there several times during our stay in Cuba. The mojito is super tasty and refreshing. The food was always great, we preferred to have light bite here, my favorite was the croquetas, fried yam, cheviche, and ropa vieja served over plantain chips. Very attentive and nice service as well! A must when in Havana!

I don't know how to praise this place enough, we've been here five times and everything we've eaten has been exceptional and delicious and they do amazing cocktails and also the prices are so reasonable. And that's not even the best part, the staff are lovely and attentive and it's such a nice environment. I can't wait to be back at that little balcony drinking fruit mojitos. The best in Cuba. Love love love

Wow, ate here three times. Tacos were a good appetizer, the seafood pot was spectacular. Poured the broth over the rice and feasted. $610 for three tacos, $1780 for the seafood pot/rice/veggies. Great meal and value.

I was recommended this place by my Cuban friend. I've been eating there 3 times. I usually try to discover something new around, but this place offered really good food and excellent service!! This is the only place in Cuba, where waiter actually asked me if I want my mojito "mas fuerte", and for me this is a sign, that they actually care! Needles to say that next time I will visit this place again, and again....

If I could give more stars I would’ve!! Everything blew my expectations!! Amazing food, absolutely great service and super nice space and lovely staff!! Highly recommend it to everyone who is in Havana. Deserves 100 stars!!

I had a mojito and it was the best one I had while in Cuba! The food was incredibly tasty with fairly big portions and very affordable, definitely will be coming back next time we are in Havana. Our server was absolutely amazing and showed us the theater group performing in the street.

If you can get a seat on the patio, it is an amazing date spot.

Phenomenal ropa vieja and pollo al vino! A little getaway from the street level, they’re a floor up with a beautiful intimate patio. Unfortunately we found them on our last evening in Havana, or we’d have returned lots!

One of the best restaurant I’ve been in Cuba. The lobster was amazing. The server was the nicest guy, very attentive.

Great experience! Restaurant is located on the second floor and if you're lucky you can grab a cozy table on the balcony. Except for the regular menu you can order a great set for 15 or 20 cuc that includes - main dish + mojito(very good one) + cuban soup + salad + rice&beans + coffee + dessert. Everything is super delicious. We went with grilled fish and lobster for mains. Stuff is friendly and very polite. Definitely recommend this place.
