Great food, friendly service, terrific coffee. The best black beans and rice I experienced while in Havana. Delicious mojitos made with dark rum and honey, instead of light rum and sugar.

Fun and delicious paladar. The dishes here are more traditional. Theres a woman who makes delicious drip coffee after your meal and she takes tips if you like it!

The service was great the people, the food I love cojimar very safe down to earth people. The mojitos and Micheladas are awsome. Juts a wonderful place to come back after a long walk from old Habana. Grab a beer and relax before heading back to the Casa particular. Thank you so much for everything we will definitely come back and recommend you!

The staff is super friendly. I had a cooking class and a mojito class. I will say they made the best mojitos I have ever had and it's a drink I don't particularly like. The food was amazing. It's a must do!

Whoever says they don't like Cuban food hasn't been to Ajiaco - I had the pleasure of staying in the casa particular with the owners next to the restaurant and went to eat there almost every day. It's fair to say I know the menu well- and I loved it! The room was also super cute and clean, Mayte took great care of me and the owner of the restaurant even gifted me some cigars as a farewell. Cuban hospitality at its very best!!

My Grapevine, Texas Rotary group were just there last Thursday, Jan. 17th 2018. We got to cook and learn how to make Mojitos. It was a blast! The staff was excellent and entertaining also! The food was great and we were all given an apron and a certificate of participation. What a blast. Touring their community herb garden was VERY impressive.

I've attended the cooking class twice and enjoyed it both times. It was fun making your own mojitos (very strong lol) and the food is very delicious

Their class was the HIGHLIGHT of our trip to Cuba. Everything from the trip to the JJJ community garden with Jesus & Julio, to Joey and the Ajiaco staff that taught us to cook and make (very strong) mojitos. We spent the entire afternoon and were truly treated like family. I would give this experience a million stars if I could.

Traditional Cuban Food served as it should be from the garden outside to your plate. Mind blowing simplicity with complex flavours

What a great place.

My family and I ate at this place many times when we had our holiday house in Cojimar.

Great staff, very nice food and low prices. I'm going to miss Ajiaco. ❤

Cosy place, great food and a nice place to watch football on tv with the locals. Don't forget to get a felt pen and sign the walls or roof if you can't find a spot to leave your mark.
