La Vitrola

We went here on our first night in Havana, while on a night life tour. We ended up here at around 11pm on a weekday and it was so lively. Live music and jam packed. We were a group and ordered a few drinks. We enjoyed the vibe so much that we decided to return again on another night for drinks and dinner. The food was delicious, and the service was very good too. They had a live band playing.

Very good restaurant, we enjoyed two nights there, food is perfect, tacos marvelous, first night we were inside, the service was slow and live music inside was too loud, second night we were outside and everything was perfect

Nicely decorated cozy restaurant, both outdoor & indoor sittings. They have English menu, waitress speaks English & helpful. We had lunch there on Sunday, it was very busy. We had Grilled chicken breast & grilled fish both were served with rice; Tamale. Food is delicious, service is good & fast. US$ exchange was 180 pesos.

Fantastic local bar serving great pizza, pasta. beer and cocktails. Excellent service, very friendly, live music, beautiful location, local prices 👍 (no WiFi 😬)

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!!!!! The best meal we had in Havana. Our server Lily was so kind and patient, made great recommendations and encouraged us to sit and enjoy the music without feeling pressured to place an entire order. The musicians were incredible, and engaged the audience. It’s in the heart of Old Havana, and really gave us out best dining experience.

This restaurant is highly recommended when you visit La Habana, CU. I had the best prepared red snapper along with tostones, baguette and a garlic/olive oil dip to die for. I visited the usual famous bars for a mojito, La Bodueguita Del Medio, El Floridita, but non of these bars can beat "El Vitrola mojito". This mojito was superb. I guess the other one best mojito that ive had is located in Cozumel, MX at Welcome to Miami Bar. I was blessed enough to have indulge and reviewed it.

I have to congratulate the staff at Vitrola. Alex, Memo, and Brayan. These gentleman were absolute best. Very attentive to our needs, eager to make us happy and to serve. I thought it was really cool that the two nights I had red snapper, one of those was served with 2 toothpick flags decorating the fish, the Cuban and the Mexican flag (Memo, superv attention to detail).

Please request these guys to be your servers. You will not regret it.

Had a great time dining here at night. Glad they were open late. Food was amazing, great atmosphere. The live music was everything! Folks were dancing in their seats, dancing in the street...the vibe was great! Nice selection of menu options. Food was delicious and portions were generous. The service provided by the host and waitress were top notch!

I was at this restaurant November this year for vacation and I really enjoyed this place. Nice seating arrangement outside restaurant and nice live entertainment while seating. Cuban music was amazing and provides good ambiance. Food was good but not too many choices for us being vegetarian but I still like this place a lot because of service and ambiance. Will definitely go again.

Amazing place to stop by try unique cocktails especially vitrola cocktail with a beer. Food is twist between Spanish tapas & Cuban food. Atmosphere is great, they have a live music and occasionally ppl start dancing salsa. This is quite a different place when competing the rest of the Cuba. This should be your stop and it’s next to Playa Vija. Enjoy & thanks 🙏

The food and drinks were excellent. Live music was just ending as we arrived, but sounded great. The service was very good as well. The only thing disappointing was the bathrooms which were not very clean or well maintained and an attendant wanted a tip.

Great place with live music and dancers.. the pizzas and tacos are wonderful. There is an iconic coctail in this place with beer and sugar corn. You need to order this drink! But they only accept cash ( usd-euro-pound or peso)

Best live music in Havana! Nice staff always at your service, good cocktails and live music every night.
Food could be better.

Great place for late night dinner and drinks! Our server was attentive, funny and very nice. Helpful with everything, even tho she didn’t speak fluent English.
Had a live band playing the night we were there. They created such fun atmosphere, half the bar/restaurant was dancing!
Food was very reasonably priced, big portions (my fiancée loved the lamb stew). Good cocktails and local beer!
I highly recommend the place!

Easy to find establishment. With a door man and very attentive staff. The food wad good and the decor was amazing. They had a band come in around 9PM the night we were there.

Good food and drinks, in the city of old havana

Lively restaurant with excellent Cuban food here. there seems to be a queue every time I passed by. Good service and nice ambiance dining inside or outside. Perhaps a bit touristy but we really enjoyed the food here.

Cute little bar and restaurant with great drinks for about $3.50 cuc! They have live entertainment and the staff was very courteous and attentive. I loved the decor as well! They had old vinyl records for use as coasters and also placemats. Ther fresh fruit topping the drinks was a nice touch! We even managed to get some etecsa wifi signal there so we could check our messages as we sipped (we were seated outside that time).
