Restaurante Hecho en Casa

Me and my mom consider this place to serve the best food in Cuba! We were there for one week and haven't tried anything better than there. Best breakfast, soups, fresh juices and traditional desserts, many other things. Шеф повар неплохо говорит по-русски.

The most wonderful little restaurant situated in the embassy district of Miramar, Cuba. The owner was so kind and friendly to offer me different options and helped me understand what each item was.

Definitely recommend if you want a quick bite to eat or want to sit down for good meal. The salad I had here was exactly what I needed.

After we were offered our choice of seating in 4 different areas, we chose the upstairs terrace. Alina the chef and owner met us at the table and discussed what foods we like and dislike. She told us she doesn’t have a menu and would make whatever we would like.
Alina then got to work while the waiters fussed over us. Our meals arrived and the food she presented was amazing. Then she gave us a shot of 7 yr old Havana Club to “help with digestion “.
The whole experience was absolutely fantastic and would suggest if you are in La Habana to go to Hecho en Casa.

Anyone that says this is not one of the best dining experiences they have ever had knows nothing about food. Not the cheapest nor our most expensive meal in Havana, but hands down the most well rounded. I will insist anyone I know visiting Havana to stop by this place and have their minds blown. Farm to table and the freshest veg I had seen in the country. I've been dreaming about their eggplant and the homemade cacao ice cream was a must try for us. Treat yourself something special I can't rave more about this Havana gem.

A hidden gem! Delicious small restaurant. Great service and tremendous attention by the chef herself. I've seen her come out of the kitchen to teach some tourists how to prepare local drinks and her knowledge and dedication surprised me. One of the best services in the country!

La comida es natural y saludable. Su Chef Alina es una mujer dulce como sus postres y encantadora. El equipo de trabajo siempre tiene un sonrisa para brindar.

Em cerca de 200 refeições acumuladas em Paladares e Restaurantes em Havana desde 2013, o jantar de ontem 18/6 foi sem duvidas a mais deliciosa e equilibrada !
Uma experiência gastronómica unica e por isso mesmo a repetir !

Hecho en casa,eso es lo que se respira cuando traspasas la puerta de este acogedor, hermoso, apacible e incomparable restaurant!Desde la bienvenida ,pasando por la explicación detallada del menú y la exquisitez del trato de cada miembro del staf!Sensaciones que van en aumento y logran el cenit cuando degustas cada plato,hecho en casa con ingredientes frescos y auténticos!Vale la pena regresar cada vez!

Si visitas cuba no dudes de pasar por este pequeño pero excelente lugar , su comida , sus sabores te acompañarán en el recuerdo del viaje por siempre , servicio excelente y sobre todo nos hacen sentir como en casa
