La Cass Del Bonsai is a nice little place to meet up with friends for drinks, coffee and food. If you staying in the area this is nice place to start your day without having host chasing you down. The prices is very reasonable and the sericde is incredible. Highly recommend....

The service was incredible from all of the wait staff, who were lovely and answered all of our questions. It’s easily a third of the price of the places 50 yards away in the plaza vieja (like most proper non-tourist restaurants in Havana, you are best off paying in moneda nacional). The drinks were good and the atmosphere very relaxed. Would return!

Lovely little cafe, came here for lunch the other day and again today for breakfast. Breakfast was 1000 CUP each and came with a coffee, juice, some fruit, an egg and 2 little pieces of toast. Staff was polite and spoke some English. Would recommend :)

If your in Havana you must go here to have a nice drink and lunch, I have been here 3 times and its always great food and drinks. Very nice outdoor seating and indoor as well.

I visited in January, 2020. The food, service, and atmosphere were outstanding. I am a musician and had the pleasure of doing a performance there with the Common Taters Southern Funk Band and the Disciples Of Music. We were in Cuba performing in the 23rd Habana Jazz Plaza Festival.

La mejor limonada frappé con hierva buena que tomé en toda Cuba.

Ruoka oli hyvää ja tuoretta. Saimme juuri sitä mitä tilattiin. Tarjoukseen kuului 2 juomaa, joita toinen ei ottanut ruoan kanssa, joten saimme 2 pulloa vettä mukaamme.
Tarjoilija kysyi kaikki vaihtoehdot meiltä erikseen: riisi/riisi+papu, kana siivuina/fileenä,espresso/americano.
Tarjoilija osasi englantia ja palvelu oli erinomaista.

Experiencia desagradable. Cuando recogieron la mesa nos acusaron de haber robado uno de los “removedores” del zumo 😳 Lo habíamos quitado del vaso y estaba en uno de los platos. La leche del café se cobra +200 pesos. El pan tostado es el que se incluye con los huevos/tortilla. El zumo es agua total. Buscad otro sitio. Edito para añadir: hemos intentado pagar en euros y nos han dicho que 110 pesos = 1€ 😂 Hemos cambiado euros en la tienda de delante para dejarle pesos.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. I went there with my family, we ordered pizza, they told us the pizza would take about 15 minutes, we waited ONE HOUR. We didn’t have high expectations,but the reality was worse than expected. Besides the bad quality of the food. The prices are high, the service meh. In Cuba they don’t offer free water in restaurants, they didn’t ask us for more drinks or if we needed anything else during the long waiting time. Very uncomfortable. It’s located in a very touristic street, so it’s easy for them to catfish foreigners. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES- the owner will blatantly lie to you when your bill comes and tell you that the exchange rate is less than half of what it truly is, all in an attempt to rip you off. When I told her I wasn’t paying more than what the prices were very clearly listed on the menu, she told me she would call the police. DO NOT GO HERE- YOU WILL BE SCAMMED AND RIPPED OFF IN THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL WAY POSSIBLE. People like this are the scum of the earth and exactly why no one wants to come to Cuba. Greedy, deceitful, selfish people. You couldn’t pay me to return to this country.

We stopped late night to grab food on our way home and the people who worked here scammed us. The owner (lady) is so rude and when we asked them why their exchange rate is 50% of what the other business around are she tried to intimidate us . DO NOT GO HERE if you are foreign, they even laughed as we walked away and decided not yo argue over the money.

Awful place, awful rude staff, awful mojitos. Go anywhere but here

Nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Frühstücksangebot für 1000 Pesos. Dieses war auch für kubanische Verhältnisse sehr übersichtlich. Lediglich der Saft war gut. Service sehr unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Es war unser letztes Frühstück vor unserer Abreise auf einer sonst schönen Reise und wir hatten nur noch Euro. Umrechnungskurs von 110 Pesos macht einen sprachlos. Keine Unterstützung Geld zu wechseln, ich musste daher drei Runden um den Block laufen. Hatte mich verrechnet und hatte am Ende 25 Pesos zu wenig. Keine Kulanz, unfreundlicher Blick und Achselzucken. Wir waren sehr unglücklich.

Una experiencia horrible. Precios abusivos sin ninguna correspondencia con la calidad de lo que ofrecen. Seguramente quien dirige este lugar no ha probado las pizzas de pésima calidad que sirven. Una espera impresionantemente extensa, el servicio fatal. Queso rancio, si quieren tirar su dinero a la basura vengan a este sitio. Una ofensa para turistas de cualquier nacionalidad.

Ce restaurant "cubain", tout près de la Plaza Vieja est un piège à touristes.
La cuisine est quelconque et le service peu attentionné.
Quant aux prix, ils sont juste scandaleux.
Nous avons pris une pizza dont la prix de base était de 600 CUP et nous avons choisi un ingrédient supplémentaire, facturé 700 CUP : Résultat 2 tranches d'oignon en plus sur la pizza pour un prix plus que doublé.

Tomamos un desayuno de 1000 pesos, el cambio a euro te lo hacen a 110 (cuando está sobre 250, por lo que si pagas en euros te lo cobran al doble de su precio real, recomiendo pagar en pesos o cambiar en las tiendas de souvenirs cercanas porque es un timo ese cambio. Calidad de la comida mala: pan duro y el zumo de mango muy aguado e insípido. Las raciones son diminutas y la leche no está incluida con el café son 200 pesos adicionales (con el cambio que aplican 2€ más). Y el servicio es lo peor de todo, primero nos acusaron de haber robado un removedor de plástico porque lo habíamos dejado sobre un plato en lugar de dentro del vaso, de muy malas formas. Cuando les dijimos que no podían tratar así a los clientes nos dijeron que les daba igual que no era su negocio. Al final cuando nos fuimos empezaron a llamarnos a gritos en mitad de la calle, volvimos por si había algún problema y nos dijeron a mitad de camino que nada que nos fuéramos otra vez. Mejor buscar otro sitio.

Un lugar caro, con mal servicio, comida espantosa,cero recomendable.Lo peor: sus pizzas,no vayan a comer a este lugar en la Habana,
Es una estafa y sin poder reclamar a nadie.
