This is where old Walmart, Target and other US store products come when they haven’t sold. You’ll find a variety of home goods, kids stuff and clothes. I like the bins for 1, 2 and 3 mil colones.

What I don’t like is the prices on many of the other items, some things are wildly more expensive than the original price. I looked at a basket that had original tags for $7 USD and they were selling it for 20 mil! There are a lot of items that are way wayyy over priced, especially for the discount nature of the store. Lamps for 30 - 60 mil? Baskets for 20 - 40 mil? That’s un poco loco.

I’m not surprised staff have little or no knowledge of the items they sell as it changes all the time.

You never know what you’ll find and that makes it fun to shop there, and some things go on sale or are discounted. But many items are over priced so I’m definitely taking off stars for that.

Tienen cosas interesantes y útiles, ponen buenas promociones.
Aceptan forma de pago en tarjeta, SINPE móvil y efectivo.
Los productos no tienen garantía (creo que algunos si) pero es algo muy común en este tipo de outlets.
La atención se puede calificar como normal y ambiente bien.
No tiene parqueo y es accesible para personas en silla de ruedas.

La única garantía que te van a dar es que no te van a devolver el dinero en caso que no funcione algo.

Nothing "Smart" about this Shop. We bought a fan that quit working after 2 days. Was told there was a 1 month guarantee when we purchased it.

As it turns out, the only guarantee the offer on their products is the GUARANTEE that YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK even if the product stops working.

When I went to return the fan that clearly no longer worked after less than a week they pointed at a sign on a cluttered back wall with the conditions of their guarantee.

Súper mala atención al cliente, los empleados sólo hablando por teléfono y no tienen conocimiento de los productos que venden, métodos de pago etc. Además la forma de expresarse me parece muy poco profesional, se refieren hacia el cliente como mi amor, bebé, etc.
