Diego @ Wyndham Herradura was very nice and very helpful with my selections of chocolates and coffee! Great gift shop with everything you may need.

The employees in the gift shop were so friendly and helpful. I was trying to take pictures of different T-shirts to send to my daughter and they held them up for me while I took pictures and were very patient while I made my decision. I bought two T-shirts and when I tried them on in my room they didn’t fit so the next morning I took them back to try on different sizes and Tony Herra was so helpful with the exchange. Good selections, good quality and very very friendly and helpful employees.

What an awesome spot to pick up souvenirs and other great items to remember your trip to the land of Pura Vida! I wondered into this cute shop while checking into the Wyndham hotel, and I’m so glad I did! This lovely staff member( Laura ) was pleasure to have assisting me picking out gifts for all the members of my family! And she was so helpful she even listened to me go on about something troubling me, she helped me in Big way! Thanks so much Britt Shop! And thank you Laura!Pura Vida!

Jimayca was extremely nice! I was indecisive and not sure what I wanted to get for gifts to bring back home and she was super helpful and patient. We were able to also chat for a little bit and I truly loved her energy and charisma! Pura Vida 🇨🇷

On our way back home after our first trip to this beautiful country, I stopped in The Britt Shop, hoping to pick up a couple of souvenirs.

Wow- first, I was impressed with the quality of the merchandise, but second and definitely more importantly was the friendliness of Adrian Delgado. He helped me select the perfect gifts for loved ones back home because he truly was interested in our travels.

Beautiful hand-painted souvenirs. Great place to grab something quick before flying. By comparison they were $5 cheaper for the same book my girlfriend bought in a small shop in Jaco - so the prices are good! Thanks Esli Mena, great service :)

We stopped on the shop located in the Double Tree Hilton in San Jose and Alexander was an amazing employee! He gave great recommendations and made out shopping experience 5 stars. He is a wonderful asset to the shop!
