To top my beautiful stay in San Jose Costa Rica , in the airport at the gift shop i had the best exped shopping for Souvenirs. Worker Ashley &’ Alejandra Peneranda were the most helpful and sweetest workers to help me shop. Alejandra helped me purchase this beautiful sloth charm for my very own pandora bracelet and ashley was so patient and sweet helping me purchase helping me with items also that i purchased which was a keychain and two braclets. PURA VIDAAA !!!

After an early morning flight into SJO I was greeted by Ignacio Hernandez in the Britt shop with a great smile and an amazing helpful attitude. He helped me find everything I needed, made great suggestions and carried my goodies around the store as I shopped. His service was exceptional! Thank you so much Ignacio!! Wonderful customer service by Estel, Amanda. I especially loved the videos close to the cashier showing the artisans doing the handcrafts. I felt like buying more after watching the videos 💕

The Cafe Britt Shop is located literally right after you pass through the security check- a great stop for last minute souvenir shopping with special deals, such as buy 5 get 2 free, buy 9 get 4 free, and buy 12 get 8 free. We were first greeted by staff who offered samples of their 100% arabica coffees. Very smooth, great flavor and scent. The store has TONS of free samples so make sure to stop by and try some. Great quality nuts, fruits, chocolates, and coffee. Really amazing, proactive staff available to help you with all sorts of questions and to help you carry all your goodies. Shout out to Brayner who showed us around the entire shop, giving us additional samples of specialty chocolates and being patient with my indecisiveness! We originally planned to purchase the buy 5 get 2 free, but ended up with the buy 12 get 8 free! Their samples and top-notch service really enticed us this time. Highly recommend!

We found this gem of a shop. The bracelets were an EXCELLENT price compared to all the other stores and they had great specials. Giancarlo was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

We were helped by Rafael who brought us through the whole store. He assisted us to buy chocolate, with multiple samples (yum), liquor, and t-shirts. He had an impressive knowledge of the products and even carried our bag through the store until we were ready to pay! He definitely created. Very positive experience inthe store.

I met Ashton and Norelky who provided a great service by helping me out with a personalized gift for my loved ones. They took time to practice on another object so that they make sure my special request will fit on my chosen gift. Thank you girls. 😊

I love coming here to do my souvenir shopping. The staff is exemplary. Very friendly and helpful. Daniela Pereira was amazing and Elias Rodriguez U was too. Helped me pick out all of my purchases and showed me great options!

I was help immediately by Mr.Ignacio Hernandez,he was courteous and knowledgeable about the souvenirs of the store! He was willing to answer any questions and was willing patiently to walk with me and show me the merchandise of the store and offer suggestions! I was very please with the service and he went beyond with his service and humble demeanor.
