Mocapan Escazu

Beautiful place to share with someone you love. The food is great. From a simple coffee or tea, to an incredible salad, meat or bread. The place does dedicate itself to providing exceptionally high quality food to a beautiful environment.

This is also a place you can take your kids. They have kids meals and it is indeed a beautiful place to share with them. Along with that th3 dessert choices vary a lot. They will love many of the tasty treats they offer.

This was my favorite cafe that I visited. Everyone was so sweet even though there was a language barrier (they sent someone to speak English to us).

We tried so much here! I got the croissant sandwich, fruit bowl, smoothie, kombucha and the spinach and cheese strudel. However, the French toast and the smoothie were my favorite!! The food was just so fresh! 10/10! It wasn’t very expensive either!

This place is very cute! We were looking for breakfast prior to our flight, Mocapan popped up on google, with several great reviews. I had the iced coffee, tomato omelette with toast and salad. All things were tasty and very fresh, even the butter was delicious! Would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Very nice modern cafe in Escazu with a green patio. Breads are good. We really liked their Pear tart. Pecan tart is also good. Cafe latte with almond milk was well made. Americano could be better.

Relatively speaking, for cafes in the area, it’s 5 stars because good coffee ironically seems hard to find in this valley. Always look for fresh roasted beans! Best tell tale sign

That being said, the americano 12 oz seemed like more than 12 oz which made it feel very watery (not too strong a coffee flavor), but what flavor was there was good

I don’t leave reviews often but wanted to throw up a recent menu given that it’s one of the only good cafes in the area

This lovely place is perfect for meeting with friends or working. They have a good selection of coffee, and the desserts also looked appetizing.

Loved the minis, you can taste different flavors without over eating, the coffee it's pretty good, I'm enjoying my stay. Definitely a place to back.

Quick fresh breakfast and you can make coffee art. Great cafeteria, nice atmosphere for morning breakfast, we are really looking forward to the next visit thank you very much we recommend 🍀

What a Zen garden! So peaceful with a great menu selection. quality ingredients and quality service. Chill spot for a meal or just a coffee and remote work. Almond croissants are amazing too. Bien hecho!

Mocapan is my place to go for salad when I visit San José. They are fresh, organic and delicious. The best in town.

Freaking amazing. Like...speechless. I spent a few months in Hamburg, got the feel of German cafe/pastry, and Mocapan delivers a slice of old world European. Got it delivered, good delivery packaging.

Relaxing cafe with outdoor seating and a good vibe. Love the pastries and they sell loaves of bread as well.

This place rocks,they make the perfect cappuccino as Thier baristas are well trained compared to Mocapan la Savana (been going Thier like 60 times+) they got no idea how to steam the milk(I been in the business for 20 years.other then that the food and pastries and service in both places are Great but the Escazú one the outdoor is much nicer(nature) can remember if I been to the other 2 as Thier growing fast .

I don’t have enough words to describe how mucho I love this place, its coffee and its bakery.

The cold latter with vanilla is one of my favorite drinks. The place is cozy with a very nice ambience. They have a deck for outdoor sitting and it is really nice to be out there during the afternoon.

Excellent coffee. Minor mistake in our order was quickly and cheerfully corrected. Lovely outdoor area to relax and enjoy. The croissant was superb.
