GREAT FOOD service really slow, a little noisy but all together great food! Service is too many for so lil crowd so they talk a lot! Cheese poppers wowwwww!!

Great customer service. Waiter had very professional and friendly service, fast to take the order, great and timely common courtesies. Food was served fast and everything was delicious. Nachos were amazing. We also appreciated the attention to our toddler with nice painting sheets and crayons. Overall very nice experience.

The food is delicious, the guacamole there are no words to describe the delight, the experience is incredible, the waiters come to your table to ask if everything is ok. There are a few small problems such as the food is a little expensive the quality is beyond words and also is that it fills up a little fast and sometimes you have to wait in line (not every day). Some recommendations for people, arrive a little earlier as it fills up fast, and for the establishment try to make the place fill up as much.

If you like Chili's in the U.S. you ll love the Chili's in the Multiplaza mall in San José, Costa Rica. Great quality and top service.
Menu selections are identical in most cases--but be sure to translate all the words on the menu.
Use an app or Google Translate or ask the server; if they don't do English they'll get a server who does.

Covid measures notwithstanding, the food , service, and friendliness are excellent. It is definitely a touch of US cuisine in Multiplaza Escazu, itself a touch of US mall experience.
