Arrived just after opening so had this large place to myself. Nice rock soundtrack. Several beers on tap including a couple of decent IPAs.

This was one of the stops on our brewery tour of San Jose, and we enjoyed the beer. We started with the tropical IPA and enjoyed it, then had the beach lager, and it was good too. The sweet potato fries were an excellent paring with the tropical IPA. If we had more time in San Jose, I would like to have time to try some of the other beers.

A mainstay of mine in Barrio Escalante. Always good apps, I always get the Chicken Tendors and fries cause of how big a quantity. I also enjoy the jalapeno poppers, hamburgers 🍔 and 2 for 6,000 gin and tonic. The beer selection is large. Good music not to loud so you can have a conversation with friends. A nice bar themed all topped with the Best Customer Service. The servers remember everything to the smallest detail and no matter how packed your food and drinks arrive before you even know it

My "traveling cube" and I enjoyed a fun night out on my last day in San Jose, Costa Rica. Our hostel buddies wanted a place to drink, so the flight of beer was less than $8 and gave us the option to try a variety of local, imported, and artisan cervezas. It was more than enough for a light-weight, such as myself, to leave feeling satisfied and giggly.

The service was fast and friendly and suggested options based on my taste preferences. I don't remember if I ate here 🤔 I think I did but my batttery died so I don't have the photos of the food, so... no comment yet. Everything else was awesome, and the 80s/90s American music was fantastic. It's in a trendy area, but don't let that intimidate you, the dress code was casual and the vibe super-comfortable. A must-taste on your itinerary; almost like a chic Taco Mac or Buffalo Wild Wings... great for groups, date night, or solo travelers. #lovejonezin

Excellent selection of beers, they even brew their own. The best way to try a bunch is to order a beer flight. Good bar food options at reasonable prices and amazing mural art work throughout.

Great craft beer bar in San Jose. Awesome laid back atmosphere and good music on throughout the night. Positive vivbes and great beer selection. You won't be mad you went!

This is by far my favorite craft beer bar that we've found in San Jose. The tap list is extensive and weighted heavily toward regional craft labels. It also encompasses a wide variety of styles from stout to mead. The tacos are also delicious, and they play a decent variety of music at a low enough volume to allow you to chat with your drinking companions. And hey, there's a place to grab ice cream next door. A perfect place for craft beer!

I did not go here to drink beer (I know, ironic), it I had some great tasting food. I ate the bacon jam burger with sweet potato fries and spicy mayo. I chose my drink because it is a local thing in parts of Costa Rica to drink: it is a lemonade with sugar cane. It is quite sweet, but I liked it.
The vibe was great for our group of 12.

So glad I stumbled upon this place! The atmosphere is great and the food is on point. Try the Chicharrones! You won’t be disappointed. I don’t drink beer but it looks like they had a good selection of tap and bottled items. Friendly staff and funky decor. Will be back to try the tacos because they looked delicious

Great place to grab a few beers! It has a great selection of local craft beers and the place has a great atmosphere. We tried the samplers so we could taste some of the different local craft beers. . Highly recommended if you're in the Barrio Escalante area.

Great microbrew beer variety. You can order 5 small samples of beer to try. Very friendly stuff. Cool music at a nice volume to be able to talk. And they offer vegetarian food options!

We came a bit earlier in the day after they’d opened to sample some of the craft brews! They had a great local selection, and reminded us a lot of our local taproom at home in Denver. Bar staff was great! We also had a burger and tenders, and were pretty happy with the food choices. We’d definitely come again!

Wilk Craft Beer has some very decent beers. Good imports and even better local crafts ans house crafts.

I met Daniel the brewer and he's very knowledgeable and passionate. The place is rather young in their history (<2 years) but they've already won awards.

Loved their candy Brown IPA.

Awesome PUB totally worth the visits! Great variety of beer, huge TV for menu and Untappd "plugged-in", cool staff and ambient... definatelly a must!
