Went in with smelly airplane hair. Came out with superstar straightened clean shiny hair. Whatever hairspray or conditioner they use really works! The staff is very attentive and caring about your hair and scalp health.

Friendly staff, only one member available when we arrived. They took care of washing, drying, cutting, and styling hair. Around $20 (converted to colones) for washing, drying, and straightening hair. They mentioned they were the only staff member who could speak a bit of English. Friendly service, but wouldn't necessarily recommend for a relaxing time. If you're looking for a big salon with multiple staff and lots of comfort, maybe look for a different place. But this is a great cozy little spot if you're looking to get to know a local and get your hair done.
