Vacation in Costa Rica Property Management

We cannot rank this property any higher. We had a group of 12 (2 families - 1 family of 5 with kids ages 5, 10 and 12; 1 family of 6 with kids ages 10, 12, 14 and 16 plus a MIL). Pre-trip, the communication was simply fantastic. Super responsive and (as it turns out) all of their suggestions / recommendations were excellent! They assisted in getting us set up with transportation from the airport to the house (there was a big sign at the airport with our name on it) and we had them stock our house with some starter food / drinks / groceries. We had them come prepare breakfast daily (which was a HUGE hit) and they assisted us with scheduling all activities. Throughout the trip, they were so responsive and addressed any issue / question almost immediately. The house itself is really really nice. It’s hot in CR and we were concerned how the A/C would work but it was not an issue at all. Everyone slept well, the neighborhood is super safe. We rented golf carts (which they assisted us with) and we highly recommend that. 5-10 minute golf cart ride to almost anywhere. The monkeys made noise every morning which made for such an awesome experience when we were drinking our coffee outside each morning. Kenneth and his team are true professionals and we cannot recommend them any higher. Thanks for an awesome trip!!!

Incredible gated community property that offers the absolute best Tamarindo has to offer. Unbeatable sunsets in a luxurious private villa setting, only a short walk or golf cart ride to the food and action of downtown. One of the best rental experiences we’ve had due to the attention and responsiveness of the hosts from VCR that manage the property. Kenneth helped arrange daily breakfast for our party of 10, ensured smooth check in, and even helped us secure exercise equipment during our stay. Could not recommend VCR and Casa Fuente more highly

Fantastic holiday. Second time at The Giving Tree in February and have already booked for next year. Beautiful villa within walking distance to Tamarindo. Jason, Kenneth and Hannah were immediately available to take care of any issues or concerns from booking day transportation for a tour to replacing a toaster.
Maid service and swimming pool service was impeccable . Also by staying at The Giving Tree we had free access to the Beach Club just minutes down the beach. Perfect holiday.

VCR truly helped make our Costa Rica trip a luxurious experience. I highly recommend their breakfast and fridge stocking services because it made our stay from day one so convenient! We had the most amazing time on our family trip! The condo was fully stocked with anything we could have needed to make a tropical beach vacation perfect. It was huge, well decorated, and very very clean! The Airbnb pictures are accurate. We sincerely appreciate such great communication with Estefany and team and they offered more than any vacation rental we've ever stayed at---transportation to and from the airport, stocked fridge upon arrival, travel required COVID testing in the apartment... everything. Cannot wait to return!

The staff at VCR Concierge did an awesome job of taking care of us. Their recommendations for restaurants were all great and their communication with us was prompt and easy. The arrangements they made for excursions, golf carts, daily breakfasts, in house chef, etc. were all flawless. Thank you all very much for making our week in CR a perfect memory!

From the moment we booked the team gave a very high level of service! Finding us tours to meet our goals, coordinating pickups and drop offs even when we had travel issues coming from the US. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is adorable. Very highly recommend!

We stayed at a few of their properties and they are all amazing. Jason the manager is fantastic, he has always been super helpful and he was there for us every time we needed. The houses are always super clean, the views are fantastic, the access from the town and from the beach and super convenient. 5 starts overall. Fantastic vacations guaranteed.

Incredible stay! The location was absolutely perfect with the best views in town. Breakfast every morning was delicious, and I highly recommend doing the breakfast. The hosts were outstanding! They were very responsive whenever needed, but never in the way. The inside of the house was a perfect layout, and was immaculate when checking-in. Highly recommend! 10/10!

Wonderful and spacious house. Very high end property. The staff are amazing and they will take care of anything you need in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend. The location is awesome and very private. Very safe as it is a gated community with security 24/7.

Of all the Property Managers we have used in Tamarindo, Vacation in Costa Rica PM has been the best by far.
