Taller Saenz / Only Jeep 4x4

We are traveling the Pan-American highway from Canada to Argentina and we had to store our Jeep for eight months to go home for a while. When we returned, we took it to Taller Saenz for maintenance, new brakes, new ABS sensors, and new ball joints. Their work was excellent at a very fair price. They are the best repair shop in San Jose, Costa Rica.

I found Saenz a few months ago for some basic service as I hadn't had one since Mexico. These guys are great and even detailed the Jeep super clean. They even gave me a contact in the Nosara area for an off-road route I was unfamiliar with so I could get good intel on the route. They continue to check in on us through our travels and offer any assistance.

Buen taller de Jeep

Pésimo servicio, tuve el carro 8 meses en el taller, nunca se revisó la falla por la que lo envié, me lo devolvieron “arreglado” 2 veces en ese periodo de tiempo, lo usaba y algo nuevo le fallaba al carro. Gustavo (el dueño), no responde al teléfono, ni a los mensajes, cuando iba a ver el carro, estaba “botado” mientras espera conseguir los repuestos, yo tuve que conseguir la mayoría de los repuestos para agilizar que me devolvieran el carro… finalmente, luego de 8 meses me dieron el carro y al día siguiente volvió a fallar por el problema inicial, NO SE EMBARQUE, busque otro taller.
