Gran Casa Universitaria

This was our first time in Costa Rica and I'm so thankful to Randolph and his team at the Gran Casa!

The price and amenities and location were excellent. The hotel often Hosts international students and people. Randolph the owner speaks perfect English. It is about 30 minutes drive from the airport.

We stayed in the superior suite on the top floor that included three bedrooms three bathrooms a common area and a kitchen. Great views of the campus! A breakfast of coffee juice toast banana and eggs was provided.

There is a carport and secure locking gate. Our rental car just barely fit. Please plan accordingly and a communicate parking needs in advance.

The common areas of the hotel have plenty of seating and beautiful plants. As of early 2022 there is significant construction that will enhance the overall operation of the hotel with new common areas for dining and meetings.

Un lugar muy agradable, tanto para descansar como por lo visual, las personas que te atienden son muy amables. Cuarto muy cómodos y limpios. Puedes cocinar, lavar, y tienes las herramientas para hacerlas.

Excelente como espacio con todas las comodidades para una estancia muy cómoda, cuenta con cocina equipada con todo, las habitaciones muy amplias, hermoso lugar

Me hospedé varias veces allí. Fueron experiencias comodas, placenteras y el anfitrion es muy amable. La zona perfecta. Muy recomendable.

Exelente servicio y comodas habitaciones. Con una decoracion un poco retro pero de muy buena bibra.
