RPM Vacation Rentals and Real Estate

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at the Sunrise Condos, across the street from Tamarindo beach. We were within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, local markets, shops and of course, the ocean. The pool was wonderful and we used it daily. Our views from the top floor were spectacular, especially at sunset. The staff, including the guard and the cleaning and maintenance crews, was friendly and welcoming. The condo had every convenience we needed to rest, cook, and enjoy our own space in Costa Rica. The concierge service was helpful from the moment we booked our stay to the time we spent in Tamarindo. The shuttles and tours they organized for us went very smoothly. Our family can’t wait to return!

Highly recommend this property lots of room for everyone and all enjoyed the pool daily.
Even had a howler monkey pass through the property on a couple occasions.

Absolutely the best service ever on vacation! We had questions before our trip and they were very helpful. After we arrived they had transportation waiting at the airport and booked our excursions. The condo was very clean and beautiful. Elena and Lola are amazing! Thanks for the best vacation ever!! We love Costa Rica and looking forward to our next trip there!

Very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condo located across the street from the main surfing beach. Tastefully decorated and comfortable, A/C and hot water worked great, beds were firm and comfortable..although we didn’t use the kitchen once during the week ; everything you need is there and all appliances were in great shape. Everything is easy walking distance and a car is unnecessary. Clean well kept pool area. Had one minor service request and it was fealty with immediately. Very responsive and accommodating team at RPM

Wow, first class all the way! The management at RPM was super responsive and easy to work with and the house (Casa Pipilacha) took our breath away! It is such a gorgeous, luxurious vacation home and can easily accommodate a family or small group of people. This house is in a highly secure and gated property on the side of a hill overlooking the Tamarindo Bay in the Guanacaste region. My husband and I love to try new exotic vacation spots in different countries and this house ranks up there with the best of the best we have ever experienced. The panoramic view can truly be enjoyed from inside either of the two bedrooms, or the main living area as well as from the infinity pool that appears to taper off into the Pacific. The interior of the home is very unique and beautifully presented in every aspect. The back porch offers a comfortable sitting area to relax and read a book. We love the infinity pool, and we spent many of our evenings in the pool watching the amazing sunsets! It's called Case Pipilacha for a very good reason. The property overlooks a lush garden buzzing with hundreds of dragonflies! How cool is that!?! We will have to come again to this hidden treasure! 5 Star Review. Warmly, Lisa & Michael

RPM and the entire team has done a great job managing our villa in Playa Langosta. I highly recommend them for your rental property management needs!

My wife and I rented this 2 bedroom condo at Bahia Langosta for 3 weeks in February, 2023.

First, the positives: 1) Perfect location close to Tamarindo but far enough away for quiet and security; 2) Space and furnishings were spectacular; 3) The setting just steps from the beach, the sounds of the surf from the balcony, the grounds, pool, etc. could not be better; 4) We could observe iguanas and howler monkeys from the balcony 5) The staff at the facility and at the management office were superb and helpful with good communication and responsiveness; 6) A nice community of permanent and transient residents; 7) We had left an item behind in the safe and RPM went above and beyond to notify us and return it safely.

Second, the negatives: 1) The condo could benefit from a modest upgrade; 2) The kitchen could have more and better quality utensils (sharper knives); 3) the air conditioning was challenging to regulate for optimal comfort although perfectly adequate.

RPM and this location is highly recommended.

RPM Vacation rentals is a terrific management company. They seem to have dedicated staff that have worked for them for years and everyone is very professional. I am especially impressed by how responsive they are to fix problems or offer a suggestion of a great chef or daytrip.

Excellent service and staff. Very responsive and all promises were kept. Jonathan was the standout for us. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was great! Pura Vida!

We booked Casa Bendita in Tamarindo Costa Rica for two weeks and were very pleased with the service we received from RPM from the initial booking to the ongoing support we received while we were there. We will certainly use them again the next time we travel to CR!

Booking the house was simple using RPM's website. Any questions I had regarding the booking were promptly answered. The house and amenities were consistent with the pictures and the description provided on their website. I received numerous reminders/emails leading up to our trip to keep us informed of what to expect, the check-in/check-out process, restaurant recommendations, etc.

The concierge team (German and Lola) handled a lot of things for us including:
-Airport shuttles to and from the airport
-A private chef that we used for a few days during our stay
-Connecting us with a reputable rental car company that had the car at the house when we arrived.
-Booked multiple excursions including transportation to/from the location.
-We had a very minor issue with one AC unit while we were there and in less than 60 minutes from when I emailed them with the issue, someone was at the house taking care of it.

I sent a lot of questions/requests their way and they were always very friendly and responsive and always had great recommendations!

I was very happy with the service we got from RPM and would highly recommend them.

RPM has been a wonderful property manager for the past 7 years for all of our properties in Playa Langosta and Tamarindo!

RPM has managed my property in Langosta for six (6) years. Entire staff be it the administrative or maintenance, they are prompt professional and personal. If housekeeping or maintenance is required, it was dealt with in a timely manner as promised.

I had attempted to rent my house and manage the reservations myself however; this had proven to be a lot more difficult than I had thought. It was also proven that this team had increased the amount of rentals thus resulting in an substantial increase in monetary sales.

I had just recently sold my property in order to relocate further south. Both Andrew and Kevin had successfully sold my unit while keeping me informed of all ongoing process right up until closing.

For the reasons above, I would not hesitate to recommend the services of the RPM team for both managing the property and/or for rentals.

Super cozy 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo located in an up & coming area in Tamarindo. Modern aesthetic, light & airy. A/C and fans were amazing! Beautiful pool area with an awesome rooftop terrace. Didn't have any issues aside from directions in getting there, but once we were in it was absolutely stunning!

We chose to do excursions… our tour guide Duck, or Harold was so sweet and kind. From making pit stops to pick us individual flowers, teaching us all about Costa Rica’s culture, and keeping us laughing; he ensured to go above and beyond. Thank you so much for our experience!! Cant wait to travel again!

We stayed at the Casa Pipilacha in Tamarindo and RPM was the property management company. They had a third (extra) bed ready and set up for us on short notice and helped connect us to a chef. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed at a Crystal Sands property that is being managed by RPM and it was amazing. The unit was exactly as described and very well stocked with linens, towels and soaps and shampoos. The unit was clean. RPM was very responsive to questions and quick to reply. We will definitely visit Costa Rica again and will seek out a RPM managed facility

We stayed at 306 and we were blow. Away. The views, facilities and the peace and quiet. We certainly will be back. The staff was so nice and helpful.
