The resort is extremely accommodating and clean. The shows are spectacular and each night is a different show. The food is also incredible and you really can’t get a better colombian experience.

I came to the Dorado Hotel Plaza for two weeks. I cant say enough about my stay. What an incredible experience and amazing time! Everyone was simply terrific, outstanding and professional. Starting from the Front Desk, Receptionists, Carrier Boys, Dining Service, Cleaning Ladies, The Guards and The Nurse. My recovery was 100% because of how everyone went out there way for me to feel better. Im leaving, but I know I have a new family here.

Very good experience with great staff that interact with the guests. Food is very good and had lots of variety! The location is great, only a couple seconds from the beach! Overall a fantastic stay!

Because of the customer service attention was great! The places around the hotel, the cleaner room service, restaurant employees, and so on. If you wanna save money, this is highly recommended for you ☺👌🏼

All inclusive at a great price, place is not perfect but I came to drink and have a good time. Food is Spanish style so I enjoyed every meal.

Love the dance performances and there a disco including everyone that works in the hotel keep an eye to meet every service that you need.

The food was great and so was the staff. The only problem were the rooms, the rooms were a bit run down but overall it was pretty good.

This was my first time staying in Cartagena. I am very glad I chose to stay in Hotel Dorado. The hotel is located right in front of the beach, so it's really easier to get onto the sand and enjoy the ocean. Our room was very clean. The hotel also has a lot of great amenities including a breakfast, lunch buffet, an evening dance performance and an open bar. Next time I return to Cartagena, I will definitely stay at Hotel Dorado Plaza!

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful . Love all the activities all day long. And the maintain of the hotel is very is good. Love this hotel I definitely recommend it .
