Excellent prices amazing volunteers!ladies are very dedicated and if they know you and something comes in they think you’d really like they try to save it for you or at least make sure you see if when you come in!

As always, it was a pleasure to browse through all the goodies at the thrift shop. Seeing as how they put out new items every single day it's like shopping at a different store every time you visit!

Good store for cheap items that you may be in need of, people steal from the donation box at night is an observation I noticed

I normally have really good experiences with this thrift store and the volunteers have always been incredibly friendly in the past. Unfortunately, on my last visit, not only was the volunteer extremely rude (I haven't seen her there before, but I'm not a regular so I wouldn't know all the volunteers), but I also found out that, despite it not being posted anywhere, they will charge MORE for items that appear new, which seems to defeat the point of a thrift store, but also defeats the point of there being a price list.. I would be understanding if the item I bought had a price tag on it that was different from the list, but it didn't. When you are on disability and absolutely every dollar counts, surprises like this really catch you offguard. I wanted to know if maybe there was a sign that says they charge more for new items that maybe I missed, because I wanted to be aware of it, so I asked another volunteer (as the one who had rung me through had been so rude) if it was, in fact, posted somewhere (at which point the rude volunteer shouted after me to the woman I was speaking to exactly what I had just been asking), and I was told that's 'just what they do'. I would have been fine to accept it if I'd been shown a sign that said this and accepted it as my fault for not having seen it, but there wasn't one, and there was absolutely no need for the initial woman I dealt with to be so crass about it.
