Great store with incredibly helpful people. When our alternator went out on our return trip home, they did not stock the part. However, they called all over to get the part. I ended up purchasing from another location based on their hard work in tracking the part down. I can't thank them enough.

I went in to buy new wipers for my car. There was a good selection in the store to choose from, although unfortunately no rubber refills for my car make and model. Just those already on the brackets. I appreciated that the staff checked if they could order for me though! The guy who helped me was very kind and went above and beyond, coming out to help me when I had trouble with the wiper install.

Guys saw me fooling around under hood in parking lot and stayed open a few mins longer to let me get a new bulb. On a long road trip. Big help!!! Thanks again.

Knowledgeable staff...most of them....the ones who are, are kind courteous and helpful. Even came out to take a look at my car...two different occasions :) thanks napa

When we buy stuff we usually get a discount cause I work in a mill and I don’t see no discounts for example buying a battery for a quad pay regular price and I don’t see a discount on a receipt bunch of rip offs or call it highway robbery
