We got a flat half an hour out of Burns Lake. We put on our spare and hoped that we'd make it. We got to Kal Tire to be met with kindness and professionalism. I'm a dog transporter. I had to have my vehicle towed to Kal Tires in Burns Lake due to a flat tire.
The location in Burns Lake did not have the cargo tires I needed.
Mitch, Brandon and the other gentleman whose name I can't remember... sorry... went BEYOND to help me.

I had a tire taken off a rim and new one mounted then the spare taken off my truck and the new mounted tire put on. When I went to pay there was no charge. These guys are awesome!! Thank you so much, it made my day!

Great Service helped me out in a pinch

We stopped at this Kal Tire in Burns Lake 2 hours into our 13 hour drive home with a nail in our tire. They were very helpful, friendly, and quick with patching up our tire (and for free!). Very great staff at this location (we believe a man named Steve helped us), and we are very pleased with our service. :)

The staff are always courteous and look after my interest. The last example was factory installed winter studded tires where the studs we're falling out. I never mentioned this to the staff although I knew of the problem. The manager told me he would replace the tires with new ones less the cost of tread wear.

I currently have a fire truck in Burns Lake that requires two tires changed before it heads home to the island. It was a bit of a challenge getting the right tires for the truck due to its age and the type of tires required for the split rims. I am thankful to Mark from Kal Tire who has gone above and beyond in getting our truck tires ordered and installed so our firefighters can get home safely when their tour is finished.

Thanks again Mark for providing good tire advice and prompt courteous service. I’ll be back.

My elderly mom and I started our drive to Vancouver and the tire light was on, got tire pressure checked and it was half of what it was supposed to be so Colton asked if we had time he could fix it right away. A few minutes later all fixed, had a screw in the tire, and when mom asked how much, NO CHARGE! How awesome 👏 is that?

I had an oil change done and my tire valve caps changed. They did everything I needed done at an amazing price and quick friendly service!

Kal tire are friendly people they help you right away first I went to OK tire to get my tires sensor reset the guy at ok tire said we have to make appointment, I just told him I'm going to kal tire they will do it right away and at kal tire they did it right away also got a re torque on my winter tires
