Very happy with the services provided vets are very knowledgeable and well versed.

This place doesn't price-gouge, are so friendly and knowledgeable, kind and caring, and have helped me countless times when I've phoned or texted just needing advice on what I should do and if I'm unsure if I need to come in, or gave me advice when I couldnt come in. Thanks guys, you rock! And I feel grateful to have you as a vet.

Sassy is happy camper but a bit more struggle with splint this week...Resting well hopefully on her way to a gr8 recovery Thank You to Burns Lake Veterinary clinic. Very accommodating, I brought our 10 yr old puppy in for his arthritis shot, they were very friendly and gentle with my big baby.

They treated my Japanese chin here back in 2019 and even when my puppy passed away, they still checked on her to see what really happened. After a week they sent us condolence card. Very thoughtful and caring staff!! We still have that card. We kept it for a memory to our little Tootsie ❤❤

Kim is super awesome. And one of her assistants, Jillian is a prize winner. I have lots of experience on my own, but when it comes to making tough decisions with my cows, horses and canines. This is where I go for guidance.

emergency call on a saturday. they looked after our pooch so well when we weren't sure if he was going to make it. a wonderful, thorough, extremely knowledgeable vet named Kim helped us with everything and 5 days later our little friend is okay!

My twelve yers old little dog Sadie swallow her Spectra tablet and also hers brother tablet . That was two and a half her dosage.
It happens on a Sunday evening.
I phoned the clinic and explained the situation to doctor Caroline
Five minutes later i had a call back , telling me that after searching about the medication toxicity I didn’t have to worry about.

Very kind and caring people here. First pet I had ever gotten attached to got ran over…the vet was great…he did have to be put down but for the traumatic experience it was for me they were very kind.

The staff are friendly, professional and very knowledgable. I can always trust that my fur babies are taken very good care of when they go in for a procedure or their annual vaccinations.

The staff is as amazing as the vet herself!
I loved that we were able to get into this vet, they take such good care of fur babes, and answer any questions you have with detail. Highly reccomend the burns lake veterinary clinic!
