Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Professional painter here, have dealt with Sherwin since they came to Saint John. Would recommend them to anyone. Friendly staff, fast service, excellent colour matches.

Best thing about this location, besides the fact it's a new store, is unquestionably the management and staff. Very smart and personable. They will go above and beyond to help you. In an age when customer service is lacking at times, this Sherwin-Williams location provides a breath of fresh air.

I purchased three cans of paint to cover what should have only taken two cans, 4 coats of paint later I still had to return to the store for more. When I asked if they changed the formulation and explained my frustration, they said “oh, we didn’t mix that right I see that here”. They did nothing to correct the error. Waste of time + money selling half mixed products. Would not recommend 👎

Service was terrible. Employee didn’t know anything about exterior stain. Said they didn’t have what we wanted and said to go to another store. Later looked up product threw sherwin Williams site and they do make what we were looking for. Sad that this location turned away business and sale to let it go to competition.
