Feeds'n Needs (Shur-Gain)

My first time at the Saint John location was a very positive experience. The staff offered some advice and suggestions on my purchase.

I was glad that I listened to them as it worked out better than what I was planning on buying. Fast and friendly service.

If they did not know they were very quick to find out.

Sales people were Knowledgeable, polite and efficient.

Stocking and Loading technicians were polite and accommodating.
Speaking for myself, our vehicle or any product has never been damaged due to loading by these people.

They will completely load up your vehicle for you and do it the way you want it.
They are polite but firm when it comes to customers getting too close to the fork lift while in operation.

I feel slightly uncomfortable saying this but to maintain the integrity of the review I must.

After many visits, the only negative thing I encountered is one person working there, who should not be dealing with the public.
90% of the time, grouchy and impatient, no smile, takes the fun right out of it.

I will probably regret this, but, so be it.

I buy feed there to feed the large herd of white tail deer that camp out behind my house in the harshest time of winter. They always have the feed in stock and the staff is friendly. Store is nice and clean. They also allow dogs as long as they are on a leash. My dog loves it because they always give her attention and have treats at the counter.

They have lots of neat things, not just food for your animal friends. I took my mom there, who's from Halifax and she loved browsing all the little trinkets that they had.

Love feed and needs for my bird feed. Staff are friendly, will carry large bags to your car. Very clean, lots of cool summer things for your deck. Metal flowers etc.

They are always helpful with excellent advice. We have never had an issue here. Parking in the front is good and drive around to the back for larger purchases that they help load in your vehicle.

Love this place. As an avid bird lover and nature lover this is the best place to go for all your bird food....small bags or large, feeders of any kind, and anything bird related. The prices are great and staff are awesome
