Time and time again, the automotive repair guys have absolutely saved the day when I’ve been in a bind. I take full credit for picking up all the roofing nails that get carelessly discarded on the roads of KV, but I know I’ve got some reliable guys to count on when those days come along.

needed an oil change and brake inspection. They took the car in exactly on time and finished the job in 30 minutes. No issues with the brakes. I was very satisfied.

Great store with great service, both in the retail area and the auto service area. I have had my vehicles serviced there multiple times over the years, and I have always been treated fairly and gotten good service work done. As a result, my family and I will continue to go there to shop and get service work done when needed.

I really like this location. The staff is friendly and always helpful when asked any questions. They have a great seasonal garden section and still have some things you need for gardening in winter also. They have everything from pots and pans, sporting equipment to automotive. If they don't have it in store, they will help you get what you need. I highly recommend it!

I have been to the service department many times for various things but mostly tires and I always get excellent service every time. They are often busy but find a way to fit me in. I recently hit a pothole bending a rim. I took the tire and rim to the the service dept. on Friday morning. They had it in the shop the same day and found the tire bad. They were able to order one in for Monday and I had it back Monday afternoon. Great!

Fantastic customer service! Had a miss communication from what I ordered (tires) to what I received, called and explained the situation. Was told no problem bring car back and they would make it right. I appreciate that I was believed and not questioned. Was just told to pay the difference. Will definitely bring our vehicles here again. Customer service goes along way with us!

I mad an online order late by night to catch up with an offer for a shoe dryer as the store were closed for the day and before the day runs out.
next morning I got a confirmation of my order and a notification later that my order is ready for pickup, the notification also provided instructions for validity to pick up the package through the following 3 days from the lockers.
such a amazing contactless experience to use the shared Q code at the in store locker section, the intelligent locker machine will open the corresponding cell for the stored package to be picked up along with a receipt of the purchased item, in case of any troubles or misunderstanding you can reach out to the customer service desk and they would be more than enough to cover your needs.
if the purchased item were not up to your expectations, you can always return it to the customer service desk and refund your payment immediately as long as the item were not opened nor used.
and even if the item were opened or used you have like 3 months to return it to the customer service desk and ask for voucher card in return for the price you paid in the item.
this voucher card can be used later in your future purchases in part or total and it's valid for a full one calendar year from the date it were provided.

Great place to shop for a veriety of things, has a good rewards program. Only thing is rubbery odor throughout the place is overbearing. It honestly gives me a headache being there because of it but that's more of a me problem.

I have nothing but good things to say about the folks in automotive. They have never failed to go above and beyond and provide nothing but the best service. Have never dealt with a better group of folks 👍🏻

I had a great experience the other day from a girl who helped me with the dark hair and tight curls. I wish I knew her name. I had ask a lady about location of the pools and she just told me where they were. I got lost lol then I spotted another girl and asked her and she took me over to them ,went and got me a cart and put it on it and helped me get the soil I needed and brought it right to my truck. She deserves a raise!

I had multiple visits to the Quispamsis CT location and every visit has been great. Staff is very helpful.
I always research what I'm looking for before going to the store, no sense in a wasted trip but they always have what I'm looking.
