Cochran's Country Market

Been going here for over a decade, the changes they've made over the years have only made this market better and better! The owner is a great and friendly guy, and I feel like I'm almost never disappointed. I've been really really loving the sandwiches they've been making, and their bakery items never disappoint!

Best place for meat in Quispamsis by far. Fair prices and quality is consistent. The salad rolls are also fabulous. Friendly staff. Great experience every time there.

This is THE place to shop if looking for something a little off the beaten track! The home made everything is to kill for! Pies pies pies so good make sure to stop by if the ères!!

Fresh and fabulous fresh produce. I bought some romaine lettuce and freshly grated Parmesan cheese and it made a delicious Caesar salad. The freshly baked iced carrot cake was amazing. My whole family loved it!!!!

Is there anything better than a Cochrane’s turkey pot pie? I don’t think so. Crust. 10/10. Filling 10/10. Filling is juicy not runny. Seriously best pot pie I’ve ever had. Plus their produce, beef, chicken, pork. So glad to have this local store.

Cochran's Country Market is an excellent little Grocery Store/ Country Market. It has the very best varieties of staples that you would be looking for. A little more high end and the quality to back it up. I order fresh turkeys for Christmas and Easter here. The taste and quality are unmatched anywhere else in my experience. Everyone talks about how delicious and juicy these turkeys are!! They make my job easy!!! I purchase the very best rubs for my pork and chicken dishes as well as sauces that I don't or rarely find anywhere else. And if they don't have it, just talk to Tim, the owner. He is an old-fashioned customer service based entrepreneur who has served his community with love and integrity. He will get you what you need or find a solution that works for you all the while treating you like you were family. You just don't find this kind of staff and customer service anymore. It feels good to shop here!!! I highly recommend it! 5 stars!

What amazing fresh - mostly - local produce. This will be my goto produce shop for sure. The meat was excellent as well. You have a fan Cochran’s!

A great selection of fresh produce, baked goods and pre packaged items. Not very busy when we visited, the staff were friendly and helpful. We plan on visiting regularly now we've found it.

This market is a gem. Don’t overlook their wonderful catering services. I trusted them to cater my parent’s golden anniversary and they did not disappoint! Delicious sandwich platters on fresh baked bread, fruit and veggies platters, sweet trays…they had it all for a one stop shop. The 1/2 slab carrot cake was perfect for our event. I highly recommend Tim Cochran and his team..

Great little market, great place to find something different and the breads and homemade goods are aplenty. But I have to mention the banana bread, which I tried for the first time today. It has LOTS of cinnamon flavor so if you don't like cinnamon, you won't like it. It over powers the banana flavor. It should be called cinnamon banana bread. I have never had banana bread with cinnamon but it is very good, moist and fresh, they make it daily like many other yummy stuff they have there.

Cochrans is a great place to shop with plenty of selection and variety. The owner is friendly, courteous and hard working as are the staff. They have plenty of sundries as well as higher end goods and market items. Wonderful place.

A great local market with friendly staff. For its size (smallish), seems to always have great options for dinner or a quick grocery run.

Wonderful produce and wonderful service! I ordered 2 cases of tomatoes for canning and Tim was extremely friendly and helpful. When I picked up the tomatoes, I could not have been more pleased! They were perfect! Not a bad one at all! Thanks so much Tim! I will definitely be back!

This market is a.long standing staple in the Rothesay/Quispamsis area. Their staff is amazing. Great selection of unique grocery items including lots of gluten free. The baked goods are great too. Definitely worth a stop for visitors to the area too!

So many great, local products. Healthful produce, delicious bakery items -- even some gluten-free or custom order. Vegan options increasing all the time. So much more here.

My only problem with Cochran's is that there isn't one in Moncton or Halifax. I haven't to make special stops while driving through for all the top quality stuff they've got.
