I go in pretty often, and every time 2 or 3 people will walk up eventually to ask me how I am doing, and will offer to help me out. 90% of the time I am not in need of assistance, but it's pleasant and they make getting help incredibly easy. Other retailers NEED to take notes here. The return policy, customer service, competitive pricing and selection makes staples an easy go-to for electronics and stationery.

very helpful staff, went above and beyond to help me out in finding a pair of discontinued beats solo pros. even set them aside for me to come pick up from fredericton and pay once i got there.

I have been in this store many times and have always received great service, but the service I received from a young man named Alex was Excellent! I am far from being a Techy...he was very patient and kind with me and answered all my questions in a way I could truly understand.
