When we walked in the lady at the customer service desk greeted us very friendly. The cashier seemed like she did not want to be there . She did not speak to us at all . When I asked for my receipt she just banged on the register screen a bunch of times until it printed and just layed it on the counter . Disappointed with the cashier service 😕

Friendly and helpful staff who directed me to the aisle where my item was located. Healthy succulent plants. Great after Christmas sales.

Great spot to get all project material in one spot. Great Staff and love talking with the gentleman in Nuts and Bolts every time I had to restock for project. He always remembered who I was and what I was doing. Guys out in lumber yards always helpful and wife never has issues out there. Over all best spot to personal shop and shop for business.

Recently went into the Rothesay store looking for some steel strapping, walking aimlessly I ran into a driver named Greg, he was nice enough to help me out to find the strapping I was looking for and would not let me go on my own without finding it! Super nice guy! Thanks Greg!

Elaine waited on me at the project desk and was very helpful with suggestions and showed me an alternate that I could use when I had been all around town looking for an item. She was the only store in the area that took the time to discuss an alternative when the item I was looking for was not available. Competitors just said they didn't have what I was looking for and walked away. Outstanding employee. I am confident that others in the store would have done the same, they are always very knowledgeable.

Walked in and the associate knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it..in and out in 10 mins . Thanks again.

Doing some renovation and heard about toilets being on sale here. None on the shelves and was approached by an employee whose name is Josh to see if he could help me. He checked inventory which showed 5 units in stock. He couldn't find them in the store but persisted and found them on a pallet out in the garden center. While I waited another employee approached to help me. I explained the situation and he commented that he had not been able to locate them earlier. Josh found the forklift operator to bring two in for me. I wasn't sure both would fit in my car so he and the project desk employee figured out a way in their system that if necessary I could pickup the second one later. Working together we were able to get them both in the car like Tetris pieces. Josh provided excellent customer care throughout the entire process. He is a real asset to the store and the Kent brand.

The best customer service you could ask for! I called at 2 minutes to closing and they held the door for me. Went out of their way to help me out in a plumbing emergency. My family and I thank you for keeping our water on!
