I was in the printing department self serve for over 2 and a half hours yesterday but the staff members working made it a memorable experience . despite being busyThey checked in on me multiple times and one even asked me if i wanted somethingfrom door dash since he was placing an order. The funny thing is that i saw entire thing from the man’s story below mine. It’s interesting that he left out the reason why the police were called, as he was the one abusing the little girl that was working and refusing to leave after being asked many times by staff. these people are making minimum wage and do not get paid enough to be treated so poorly. thank you mark for sticking up. for your co workers and for your above and beyond customer service

I went in to the Rothesay Ave location today, and Jess helped me with my iPad problem (the keyboard needed a battery). Jess was super helpful, patient, and remained so professional even tho there was a line of people forming behind me. Good employees are hard to find and keep. Jess needs a raise. A+

The atmosphere is calm, and any supplies you need can be found quite easily. The employees are friendly and willing to help and their in store print area has everything you need to get your documents printed. No complaints.

I recently bought a computer monitor and desk at this store and the service was nothing below exceptional. I interacted with a few different employees and they were all very kind and knowledgeable. You can tell they are willing to go out of their way to help you and make sure you get what you want/need. Overall great shopping experience.

It was important to me that I buy Canadian and local. It was also important to me that I not add to any crowds during our orange phase so I ordered online. A few things went wrong...

In term of office supplies or school stationary you will love this place. This place is very nice for buying electronic stuff. They also have good collection of office chairs. I went to buy financial calculator. After using it for few days I realised its of no use to me . I went to return it and it was returned very easily without any question. Though return policy is under 30 days. Staff is very helpful.

Found everything we needed. Only thing is on both occasions that we have been in recently I gave my email at the cash and haven't received anything. I'm not sure if it was a copy of the receipt. Staff were very helpful and friendly both times. Store is very clean and tidy. Enjoyed shopping there 💕

This has to be one of my favorite stores in the whole city of Saint john. I never had a problem finding anything that is related to my laptop or printer's . They have such a great selection of the best stationary products and the prices are so great. They always have sales and specials going on. you can even order something in online if they dont have it in stock. The staff will be sure to send you in the right direction. they are very sell knowledge and experience with all their best products and the best bang for the buck

Great service and great price

This staples has good stock on many items, and prices are mostly fair. I wouldn't buy computer stuff there because of absurd prices, but stationery, memory cards and flash drives, and electronics on sale are of great value. I frequent staples because of a friendly price matching policy and competitive and frequent sales.

The girl that helped me scan and email myself a couple forms and ID was great and didn't make me feel bad that I'm so useless with technology even to this day. Great customer service.

Recently I went out and purchased a printer, so got it home and tried hooking it up, so I ended up talking to the company to help me, well after about a hr on the phone they basically told me that it won't work were my desktop had to be updated, so I said fine I will take it back. So the next day I walked into staples and explained my situation and Monique who was working helped me and gave me a link to try and boom I am all booked up , thank u so much for your help and patients with me, u defintely deserve 5 🌟 for sure, great costomer service 😁

I went into Staples today only to get a couple of copies printed off and wound up a happy & satisfied customer walking out with a decent sale on a laptop , I couldn't resist it!. More than that the rep. who served me (lucky that just about everytime I go in there he's free to do so) I believe his name is Trevor Whissel.
- for the future without a doubt, if this particular rep. is not free to serve me then I wait until he is or if he's off I will ask when he's working next if I have a tech item to purchase. Thanks!
