We were looking for a love seat for our sunroom. We were greeted by Colleen at the door and she was very helpful in finding us what we needed.
We live out of town and we were so excited to be able to have same day delivery of our love seat.
Talk about excellent customer service.

I went in on Saturday looking for a new queen size mattress. I was met by a knowledgeable and very friendly staff. They were patient and went over most of the options with me. I had casually mentioned my budget while we discussed my option and the gentleman even knocked a bit off my price, making it come in right on my budget.

Another staff member also went above and beyond after my car battery died in their parking lot, by giving me a boost.

Very pleasant experience here and will definitely go back for future furniture purchases.

Absolutely fantastic customer service purchase a couch a little under a year ago. Fabric started to separate on one cushion. Surplus Furniture replaced it with out question. I would highly recommend Surplus Furniture in Saint John for next purchase.

Amazing store and people. We moved to Saint John and needed a couch, coffee table, and bed set, and they have been so great to work with. With all the chaos of moving, they’ve helped make this part of getting settled so smooth and easy.

We were able to go in, order everything we wanted (so many options!), and have it delivered the same day. When we had questions and needed a bit of help afterwards with things and getting set up, they have been so responsive and helpful.
