Upon requesting a special order with two weeks notice, I was met with exemplary customer service from David. I didn’t know if they could order specific items not typically carried, and their willingness to fulfill my needs- and go above and beyond was unexpected! Complimentary Delivery, free ice, a convenient return policy, prompt response and confirmation of my order, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff in store!

I do frequent this location for the odd bottle of wine, often with our dog in tow. Having a pet friendly store in our community is a wonderful feature- the staff are excellent with Bentley, and always happy to see him. Treats at the counter always make the trip for him, too!

I am very impressed by your selection of liquor that I cannot find at the regular liquor store. When I attend wine festivals I can often find some of the great tasting wines at your store. My husband loves your selection of craft beer. We have stocked up on martini mixes and had great help from your staff in finding what I needed. I highly recommend!

So many choices. Great selection, friendly staff. Just a two minute drive off the island highway, turn at the Petro Canada gas station at the traffic lights to Northwest Bay Road and follow it to Red Gap Center, Quality Foods and Cascada Liquor Store, Great parking.

This place has the best beer selection I've ever seen, and their liquors and wines aren't far behind! When I'm on the island from Alberta, this is always my first stop.

Great selection of craft beer, probably one of the best there is around. They seem to also have a large selection of local spirits and a huge wine selection. The staff are also very helpful and knowledgeable.

Every time I go in, staff are cheerful, helpful, and selection is magnificent. How do you get excited about a liquour store? Cascadia has the magic formula. I wish all retailers of any kind could do this. FANTASTIC!

This is a great new store in Nanoose Bay. The selection is awesome, the staff is friendly and the hours are amazing. This will be my beverage store of choice from now on. Craft beer and craft cider everywhere!

Best selection around; everything from Advocaat to vodka to cynar to Pisco. Great craft beer selection as well. Staff is knowledgable and helpful. When we couldn't find one thing (Midori), they searched the system and confirmed that it isn't available in BC. Prices are quite reasonable and don't look to be as boosted as many other private liquor stores here. Will absolutely shop here again.
