Walmart Supercentre

I had the pleasure to have S K as my cashier today. He is a caring, cheerful person. He makes shopping at Walmart much more pleasant. As a matter of fact, when it's time to pay for my purchases, I am looking for him and go to his cash register.

Two years ago I gave this Walmart 5 stars. Today I deleted my previous review and give them a one star. Not sure what has changed but the store is a disaster. The stocking is like you are in a warehouse with boxes put on the shelf there are many items missing which makes me believe someone is not doing their job. The store is unkept and untidy. I know it can’t be a low supply issue because all the other Walmarts are well stocked. Also I have seen hypodermic needles in the parking lot which is a health issue Someone please take heed and do better.

Update. As of 2024 it seems someone paid attention to customer feedback. The store is gradually improving and becoming neater and more organized. Shelves are looking better with products neatly stacked. Thank you Walmart for your attention to your customers feedback

I AM PRETTY SURE EVERY EMPLOYEE WORKING THIS MORNING AT 7 AM...HAD A GREAT WEEKEND AND HAD A GOOD COFFEE/TEA TO START THEIR DAY...I ALWAYS COME IN ON MONDAYS...ALWAYS...THIS MONDAY WAS A LIL DIFFERENT...EVERY EMPLOYEE I GOT CLOSE TO SAID "HI! HELLO! GOOD MORNING!:..I COUNTED 11 THAT SAID IT..YES 11. THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME IN 10 YEARS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER HERE AND I KINDA LIKED IT!!!...😂...JUST HAD TO SAY THANKS AND KEEP IT UP...VV...P.S WHOMEVER FIFO'D/RESTOCK THE PHARMACY SECTION LAST NIGHT!!!.....IT WAS LEGIT PERFECT!!!...COULD OF BEEN IN A COMMERCIAL IT WAS THAT PERFECT!!!

Rock bottom prices. Top of the line deals. Self check out is extremely convenient and always available.

My stars are for Judy the candy lady. She is always helpful, with a kind smile. You need more employees like her

Older Lady at customer service was amazing and went above and beyond to help me with a gift receipt item, that was scanning as a recalled item. She offered to look up my receipt to find the price at the time of purchase. Never got her name but she definitely shouldn’t go unnoticed!

You have all I need at great prices. But the Wallie Bear 1st commercial with him by himself and the fire engine brought tears to my eyes so I got 3 for Xmas presents for grandchildren and wanted to keep one but didn't. If you bring them out again, I'm getting 1 for me. Hope to see that commercial again. Thank you!

Would love better selection of shoes. Maybe wide fit or more outdoor wear. Interesting idea with the bakery. Love the towels. Always great price for large towels. Its expensive most places like ridiculous for a towel. Socks are best. I can always find a suit there that affordable for swim. Best Best Best.

I am an occasional shopper here. Yesterday (June 25) I was in the store around 5:00 to pick up some items. I wasn't sure where a couple of the items I wanted would be, so I asked floor staff. Each time I asked (2 different times, 2 different employees) I was greeted in a friendly want, and was walked right over to where the items were located. Then, I happened to see a BBQ on sale and decided to buy it. A couple employees went and loaded it into a cart for me, brought it outside and loaded it into my car - super friendly guys. I am really impressed with the great service I got today and just wanted to say thanks!

This branch is usually not crowded and has everything i need, unlike almost all the branches in Hamilton. I drive all the way to Burlington from Hamilton to avoid having many of my shopping list out of stock in the 2 main branches in Hamilton. Also the staff here is nice and it is built on quite a good area. Probably my favourite branch in the GTA

Huge store with so many options! Kept clean and somewhat organized. Much better then some Walmart's.

Wondering experience at Walmart. I was looking for something and didn't know where it would be. I happened to ask the most lovely, kind and helpful employee! Her name was Krupali! She went above and beyond by looking up a picture of the product and making sure that it was the one we both were thinking of and showed me where they might be. She made me smile the rest of my time shopping and made sure I had everything I was looking for. She was the reason I made this review because she was just so helpful and kind.

I don't know why anyone complains. It's Walmart, don't have high expectations, just enjoy low prices. This Walmart has everything I ever need. Groceries, clothes, electronics and very easy to return items!

During this time of uncertainty and anxiety the pharmacist was so helpful filling my script and easing the shopping experience. Store completely organized with social distancing. The wait in line less then 10 minutes on a long weekend. Thank you to all employees for being real Heroes!!
