everyone working here is a true animal lover and I always feel so welcome shopping here, which is why we always like to bring our babies here so that they can feel the warmth from the amazing staff here as well =)
Amazing store, helpful staff, and always a delightful experience.

The staff at this Ren's location is phenomenal. They always greet you warmly as you arrive and are super helpful when you have questions or need to find a product.

I shopped at Burlington store & was served by Store Mgr. Christina. She spent a great deal of time helping me understand the problems of health/dietary issues of my 7mth old puppy, gave me many free samples, along with discounts on items that were no longer on sale. I was so impressed with her knowledge far beyond that of the average clerk.

I recently got a puppy and went to Rens for a few things. I was also wanting some food recommendations and came across Samantha. She was so informative and helpful and friendly. Such a great experience. Whenever I go to Rens, I am greeted with a smile and everyone is always so helpful and friendly. Amazing customer service and a pet store I will frequently visit! They don't fake it to make they are truly genuine.

When I walk in with my dog Beau, the staff welcome us like s celebrity just came in!!
Mind you, Beau is the celebrity, as you can see below in the pics. Everyone is so helpful but not hovering. I like that. It is a bit pricey for certain things but everything seems pricey these days, post-covid.

The staff at this Ren's have always been wonderful. Knowledgeable, gracious, and very helpful. We have been going there for almost 5 years for the food and needs of our Rottweiler. Thanks to them in part, she's a beautiful and healthy dog.

Love this place. You can bring your dog with you and they will always happily invite him in.

This is my favourite pet place in Burlington, probably in Halton. I love the people who work here. They are so helpful and friendly.... I know everyone says "helpful and friendly" but there you go. it's totally true. And whatever I can't find in the store, they help me find online. I hate shopping and I hate shopping online. And the store is so great for people like me who just need to find what they need to find. Nikki says "two thumbs up... if only I had thumbs. "

We love Ren's for their delightfully friendly and helpful staff, the variety of good quality products (leash, harness, jackets, food, treats, etc.) they carry. There's always a deal or two to be had in store. And Juniper gets treated like a princess. Thank you Ren's!

Best deals for pet food and pet products, good selection of raw pet food.. Maybe Ren's would consider bringing in Bold by Nature mega dog raw , local company excellent product !

Great experience at this location! My little girl isn’t a fan of many treats and the lady at check out went to find her some liver treats and got me a box to carry my stuff. Thank you! And always the best products that I can’t find at other pet food stores.

I have a 2 year old rescue dog and brought her into Rens and I needed help on food. All the staff are so helpful and friendly and greeted me and my dog as I walked in and Christina is so knowledgeable and took the time and patience helping me with the brand of food, treats and so much more. Thank you Christina for everything. I am beyond grateful. It is a JOY coming to Rens pet store.

Very friendly staff willing to help when needed. It very easy to refund/exchange the harnesses we tried there when they didn't work out for our dog .

Great helpful staff who know their inventory and enjoy their 4 legged customers. They gave out treatbags on Valentine's.
