Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I've been a fan of SW paints for quite a few years but just recently moved to this area. My first visit to this Sherwin-Williams store confirmed why it's got such a good reputation! I appreciated being helped by Andrew, who was kind and very knowledgeable. So I got my testers and will be back soon to buy my paint and supplies.

Didn’t make a purchase this time but when I’m ready, I’ll be back to this location. Absolute first class service from Ryan. A true professional in every sense of the word.

Honestly, I was surprised. I knew they were good for paint, but I never imagined how many resources and how much knowledge was available inside. Literally returned plastic wallpaper removers to Kent's because SW had metal versions for the same price AND THE REPLACEMENT BLADES. I didn't even know they sold the blades separately in general.

The staff was also helpful in every way providing additional feedback and resources I didn't even know I had access to (like swatch fans!). 1000/10! I will be doing all my wall finishing and future paint projects with SW.

Absolutely amazing service, Ryan was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. I definitely will go out of my way to shop here moving forward for any of my paint needs.

Customer service was great. Came in for touch up paint. They were able to tell me what the contractor used on my condo (Brand & type). They also set me up for future orders.

That the staff are very approachable and knowledgeable about the colours and how they work together. they are happy to spend time to discuss requirements with customer and advise

I found the staff pleasant and knowledgeable of their products. The store was neat and tidy and the presentation of product and helpful information a plenty.

They have the best deck stain I've ever used....oil based because I live right on the Bay of Fundy and need this type of stain....
