I recently had the pleasure of receiving customer service from Maxwell at Mark's, and I must say, it was excellent. Maxwell went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a positive shopping experience. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and willingness to assist truly stood out to me. I highly recommend Maxwell for his outstanding customer service skills. Three ladies help me pick out two pairs of Levi jeans. The main sales clerk greeted me in a very welcoming manner. She also helped me find jeans that actually fit my body. I appreciated the encouraging customer service I received. Cheers to the great service I received last Saturday morning. Merci

Good service, I was looking for a specific pair of working boot for my size, I ask the young lady if they have , she look the shelf and the back room. They didn't have, they were order but not there yet. So she suggests me the same brand but a bit higher end. So took that pair instead. Normally i don't write long comments normally, but i appreciate the good service

Nice place some boots were really good for okay prices. They don’t have much of the small sizes in the Grande Prairie store, but that’s okay. Mostly for adults sometimes. Depends on which store you go to, I mean like different stores in a different city.

Left my wallet here while husband was shopping. Staff were great about it. I called and didn’t even know what brand my wallet was but upon describing it they were like ‘we got you girl, you have nice hair, I remembered what you look like’. Their prices are fair, have great sales many times I go there. :)

I go to this store anytime I need anything work related, always either have what I want or in the case of today they offered to order it in for me.

Organized space and very friendly staff. Sydney was especially helpfully when I was deciding on which hiking boots to buy. She knew about the products and even checked other stores to see if they had other sizes. I left with a new pair of hiking boots I cannot wait to try out. Thank you Sydney for the outstanding customer service.

I was having an issue with an order I placed online for in-store pick up and ended up speaking with Rick Kurbis at this location regarding it. He was diligent in following up with me by phone, corrected the issue, and made sure my order was ready to be picked up without delay. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Went in for a similar men's pair of carhart painters pants, found them very easily. Didn't need staffs help so can not comment on that. Prices were good plus the lady gave me an extra 20% off when I went to counter!

Always get most of our clothing at this store.

Most excellent Mark's store in GP...they have a great stock of supplies here. I'll be back for even more work and regular clothes. Great sales and staff were friendly as well. Easy to find to.

Nice store. Good location.Im adding to by post. I was to this store yesterday later in the day. I had orange and white tiedye shirt on. Written on back was "your not forgotten". For all the native children found in unmarked Graves. Also my Mom was a survivor. Two men behind me in line were being loud. But then they started .Singing native song to make fun of me. I was wondering if you have camera with sound.I native from pei. I was very heart broken over this. I guess racist people are everywhere.

Went in with my husband because he wanted to buy some work boots. Cane out with what he needed plus some jeans, long johns and a belt that he needed, too, because the service was excellent and the clerk was able to help him find them easily and - on sale!

Awesome sales that goes on at Mark's. Went in to buy a work winter coat and the guy was really helpful in recommendinh me a coat and even helped to order it online. Good service!

This is where I usually get my footwear. Good prices, I like there Steel toe shoe variety and styles . Wish they would get more variety and brands of mens running, and hiking shoes...

I was going to say the Mark was my favorite Apostle, but that's not true. He wasn't an Apostle at all. He was an Evangelist. Not my favorite though, but definitely still in my top three.
