FreshCo Yale & Hodgins

FreshCo has a good international foods aisle, including a some hard to find items such as Mrs Ball's Chutney from South Africa and a wide range of South Asian products. Veggies & meats have been fresh and good quality. Prices are generally competitive, with some above average and some below. Store hasn't seemed too busy, although my experience has been that they tend to quickly run out of their limited deals.

This review is for the pharmacy, WOW. What exceptional service and kind pharmacists. Medicine was ready quick and service was beyond friendly. I regret ever using shoppers drug mart, which is the worst pharmacy around.

The employees here work really hard, and in sometimes overwhelmingly busy circumstances. Troy always has a smile, and today, Katrina went above and beyond in assisting me with a matter. I do hope management acknowledges their efforts. BONUS: Fantastic sales! As a person who is on a tight budget, I appreciate what goes into making this store a success.

I was impressed at how well all the Christmas traffic was,I got all my shopping done and was out of there ,no line ups on 20 min,

This was the first time I was in this location and I was pleasantly surprised by how big and bright it was.

The store was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. Product selection was good and looked fresh.

Prices are lower than most of the other competitor locations and I will definitely be returning there to do my shopping in the future.

Visiting from the states, my friend says this place is good for shipping and does price matching no question asked as long a you bring the ad.

Freshco prices usually beat any of the large chain stores. We shop there all the time for our business and have saved hundreds if not thousands! While their selection may be smaller than some stores, the quality and prices are hard beat anywhere!

Besides the prices and quality, the local owner is a great guy and is always eager to help when he can! Check them out, you won’t be disappointed!!

The services are not at the same standard as Save-On or Safeway but the prices are sharp… best in Chilliwack, I would say.

This place literally has everything I would ever need! The only con is lack of self checkouts! But other than that it's a great place to shop!

Excellent selection of things you can’t get anywhere else. some great deals, but you really have to check your produce well, like open up the raspberries to make sure they’re not moldy…at 9-10pm theres usually line ups…also at night a lot of the stock is gone, especially on the flyer stuff, wish they’d stock for the night shoppers. Also need security in parking lot, pretty sketchy out there. Great management. Would recommend

Pleased with the Freshco store, Chilliwack location. Manager works hard, appears to treat staff well; staff appear happy and they are pleasant and helpful. Clerks are cheerful and appear happy in their job. Manager is on the floor working hardest of all stocking shelves and communicating to staff. Pleased with the prices and deals. Extra Tills are opened up quickly during busy periods/lineups. Like using Scene Card for extra discounts. Faster shopping experience. Produce is fresh and less expensive than other stores. Meat available is good as well; take advantage of store deals on meat products and pantry items.

The best thing about this store is their staff. Super friendly and helpful. Peter in the produce department is always happy and pleasant, as is the majority of the staff.
Also, fair prices and nice produce department. Only wish they had an actual bakery or deli.
