Shawn was great to deal with. He listens, he presents options when asked, he’s not pushy. He and the team went the extra mile to get the vehicle out the door in short order and in top shape. The warranty and maintenance packages were well presented and not forced on you like other places I’ve been. Overall a top notch experience and I’m glad they are the local dealer.

Bought a 2021 Mustang Ecoboost Premium from another dealer and brought it to Chilliwack Ford for a recall and headlight issue. Chilliwack Ford was instrumental in working with the other dealer to replace the headlight at no cost to me. Awesome customer service and will go back again. Matt was great from beginning to end. Communication about our purchase was clear and to the point and he did everything he said he was going to do. The poor guy had to deal with a lot of back and forth emails. He definitley earned our business. The lot manager Ron was very friendly and helpful and Deb was awesome too.
