Just bought a 2024 GMC Sierra Elevation from Bannister GM in Chilliwack and it was an enjoyable experience. Talia was very helpful and answered all my various questions and helped me find the truck I’ve been searching months for, I wish I had come in sooner. Brooke made the financing portion friendly, quick and painless and I was in and out of there in no time. The sales manager Jimmy worked with me on the deal to get the payments to a comfortable number that would work for me and get me in this truck. Having the insurance agent on site was very convenient, Katie from Hub insurance got me hooked up and out of there in a flash. I’m a very happy customer and will be back again.

Purchased a new vehicle here while being out of town and I appreciated how responsive their team was (thanks, Jackson and Brooke!) to answer my questions and send me all the info I needed to make an informed decision. They also gave me a good deal on some great winter tires and made the vehicle pick-up process seamless. Overall, I was really happy with the customer service here.

We are from out of town, and our local dealership did not have the vehicle we wanted in stock. Found the perfect Camaro on line at Chilliwack Bannister. Every single person I dealt with was professional and helpful. I used a QR code to request a quote for tires. The next morning I’d already received contact from Ethan acknowledging my request. Later when my tires were in Sarah was super helpful and friendly in letting me know. The staff at the desk when I came to have my tires replaced we’re fine and Ken who worked on my vehicle sent me a text to let me know my car was in the shop and if I had any questions I could talk to him. Fellow who took my payment patient and understanding with my two forms of payment. 10/10 for everyone and for everything.

I ordered tires through Banister GM, they were better priced than any competitor, including online. The tires I ordered arrived quickly, and I was able to make an appointment next day. Brent was awesome, he had my car done faster than the time quoted, and arranged shuttle service for me. Free tire rotation and fixes is a bonus. I would 100% use them again.

Once again I had a very satisfactory experience with Bannister Collision. The service to replace the sunroof on my Nissan Rogue was exceptional, with the repair done in less time than originally quoted. The staff is friendly, professional, thorough, and efficient. I would recommend the shop to anyone needing any kind of glass or bodywork done.
