Love how the service department takes care of my truck and they try to make sure I have same mechanic every time which is great as she knows what my truck needs and we schedule service visits so they make sense For example let’s wait rotate your tires when we do your break service. makes sense and is great for the truck. wouldn’t go anywhere else

Just bought out my lease that I previously purchased here two years ago. Service was fantastic as usual. John in service got me in on a short notice and Brent at the counter has always been an absolute beauty to deal with. Jennifer in finance was straight to the point, got me good coverage, and explained all the paperwork. 5 stars all around!

Got my four winter tires put on today! They are exceptional, what a difference they make ! And they are at cost, a really excellent price (I did extensive research). I thank the service guy at this Nissan for taking quite a bit of time in helping me pick the perfect winter tires. Excellent service centre! I was a little bit nervous when Mertin was taken over by Bannister but I’m happy to say everything is up to par! Tyson was friendly, helpful and insightful, no pressure at all, which made me feel comfortable. I only trust my car with these guys and would also recommend highly. An added bonus is they always vacuum your car out and will give you a coupon for a free car wash a couple blocks up the way. Bannister for the win!

Good customer service. Very respectful and friendly. I was promptly attended and service was completed before the said time. Did harness recall and i receive free car wash coupon and vehicle was vacuumed too. Very pleased with the service and will definitely come back.

Although we did not end up purchasing a vehicle due to financial constraints and a family emergency, we dealt with Miguel while looking for a Nissan Qashqai. Miguel was open, friendly, honest, and did not pressure us in any way. In fact, he made car shopping actually fun - who would've thought that was possible!

Everyone from the front desk lady, finance, and the general manager were amazing to deal with.

If you are looking for a Nissan (or any other used vehicle), I highly recommend looking out for Miguel - he was truly wonderful to deal with and we are so very thankful for the experience he provided us.

The service staff are super courteous and informative. They are my go to people for my Nissan auto. They heard my concerns and performance input, and took care to address those issues in the diagnostic. Ty was great to work with!

Great customer service. Was able to make a great deal, and was happy with purchase. Everyone was extremely polite and respectful. We weren’t being rushed and our opinion was very much respected and taken into account.

I recently brought my car into Bannister Nissan for a routine recall update. On arriving for my appointment my vehicle was promptly attended to and the work was completed in the time frame they promised. I received the car vacuumed and with a coupon for a wash at a nearby car wash. The staff were polite and friendly and answered all of questions competently.

Service was prompt and efficient. Parts arrived from Calgary quickly. Staff were friendly and professional. Shuttle service was quick and courteous. Overall, very satisfied.

Very nice people, especially Tyson, a very charismatic polite man in the service department. Always making sure you’re happy with what you’re getting and doing his best. The head of services, Rob (I believe that’s his name) went the extra mile to go to the Kia dealership to see why my Kia Rio was acting the way it was with the engine light. I went for an oil change and they made my day by making sure I didn’t have to pay for my oil change for the past inconveniences that were totally understandable anyways. Go to them if you want good customer service that everyone should be getting :)

Johnathan was super helpful today with my sunroof issue. Part of the seal was coming off and I was struggling to get it back on. They put the seal back in its place for me. On the spot, free of charge and quick too. Excellent service.

What a great experience for my son as a first time vehicle buyer. The team at Bannister Nissan went above and beyond providing us with all the information we needed before driving 7hrs to come and see the vehicle we purchased. Performed the work that needed to be done and didn't try and sell me something I didn't need done yet. Diagnosed a check engine light issue and was an easy fix (air filter).
Much appreciated as I thought the repair would be more expensive...
