Wow! The customer service at this store is absolutely amazing. Every person I have had the pleasure of dealing with has been friendly, caring and incredibly helpful. Not sure how the owner does it, but she manages to hire what seems to be some of the nicest people in St. Albert. The selection of products is great, and I find the prices to be very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend both of the St. Albert Bone and Biscuit locations and I strongly suggest you give them a try, because good people and businesses like this DESERVE our support.

The new Bone and Bisquit in St.Albert is great. The staff are so knowledgable regarding what toys and food is best for both of my pets. The staff also remember details about my pets and make my shopping experience personalized, enjoyable and fun! I would highly recommend stopping in!!
