This store gave us the best experience ever! We dealt with Jeanie and she was beyond helpful. The whole team that was there were very inviting and excelled in customer service. Their knowledge on what I was looking for was exceptional! Jeanie even called me a few days later to follow up to see how my cat was doing. I am beyond impressed and will continue to shop there and only there for our pet needs.

The help I got from this store was SUPER. Bought a walking harness and lead. I took Winston in and they made sure it fit him properly. Looking forward to better walking trips.

knowledgeable staff that got to work with vets and professionals, they can answer my complex questions and have taken the time to research and educate themselves on their products which makes it easier and overall a better experience, rather than a petsmart employee saying they'll Google it after waiting 30 minutes to even track down an employee. Staff seems to be always friendly, informative, well spoken at the rothesay/ east side location. Will be returning, and more than happy too

Edited: I had a frustrating experience with a home delivery order, and initially gave this location one star. They went out of their way to be certain that I was satisfied with the resolution of the problem. Good customer service is easy when the customer is happy; it's outright impressive when the customer is frustrated. I'm happy to change my review!

Local delivery order was charged to my account but never delivered. The store didn't send delivery information, so I had no way of tracking it. I called the store, and the person I spoke with said she would call me back 'in a minute,' but she didn't call. With no help from the store, I eventually received my order, which had been delivered to the wrong location. Someone was kind enough to deliver it to me.
