Best community convenience and shipping depot. Roy, the owner, is the nicest person. Always has the store in neat condition, full stock and ensures packages are safely received and delivered. Roy makes every visit at the store a pleasant one. Lotto is great as well. Lots of parking too.

I'm here regularly to drop off FedEx/UPS packages out. Roy is super friendly and gets the job done when it comes to shipments. Great one stop shop, definitely recommend!

Roy the owner is exceptionally friendly & welcoming. The store has all of your needs & more. The pricing is affordable. When you're in need of quick items (smokes, lotto, snacks) or in a bind for an abstract purchase, chances are Roy will have what you're looking for. The store is also a Purolator outlet too so I get my packages & deliveries there.

I have been served several times at the 99 Mini Mart. Each time has resulted in a friendly and helpful interaction. Most recently, the owner, who is a UPS Access point, has helped me receive packages delivered there by UPS, as well as two deliveries that arrived there from an international online retailer which had been shipped using Fed-Ex ( who are in the process of using 99 Mini Mart as a drop off access point). He was able to locate me by a phone call I had made, to my home, from his store phone earlier this week enabling me to pick up a parcel delivered by Fed-Ex. He has gone the extra mile to provide ecxellent service, and I have no problem giving he and his Store the highest review.

Favourite corner store in durham. Owner is so kind and makes you feel welcomed. Items are very well priced. So glad i found this gem of a place.
