The best service ever!

I needed a burnt out headlight replaced - I went to a quick service oil change competitor originally as it had just happened. The competitor explained they sometimes do this service and would try. They proceeded to start the job before getting to a point where they said they could keep going, but it might break a piece of my car, they also didn't have a replacement piece if it were to break. They put things back together after saying that and recommended I go elsewhere like a dealership to get it done.

I then went straight over to Gus Brown where we had purchased the car years before, and had the best experience with Joe and his team. Luckily it was towards the end of the day, and were able to fit us in right away. Joe and the team were able to work quicker than the competitor, and they also noticed not all bolts were put back properly from the competitor from the light! They were able to put in new bolts to replace the missing bolts.

Joe went above and beyond to make sure they had the headlight we needed, and worked with his team to get the job done quickly. I'm so glad that we had a diligent and honest team looking after us. It provided a great piece of mind knowing the job was done right, and that the car is in good shape once again at a reasonable price. I can not recommend Joe and his team enough, I will definitely be back, amazing service!

I can’t give more than 5 stars. It is very difficult these days to find a good dealer and honest sales people. Rob has been extensively helpful and did a lot of work to make this deal happen for us. We got the best value and also something we were looking for. Rob Harris is an amazing gentle man who took care of all our requests in a timely fashion. Eventhough the uses car manager disappointed us with unrealistic numbers and also the showroom was filled with demotivated group of fellas , Rob, Beth and couple of others at service like Joe was doing a great job to keep our timebound deals happen.
We already recommended to a dozen people already about Rob and Gus brown. Surprisingly many knows Rob because of his highly professional and hard working nature !!

I have been a customer of Gus Brown for many years now, in the past 4 years I've dealt with Blair who's been extremely awesome to deal with for my 5 previous trucks and my new truck last week. Very responsive, understands what I'm looking for and works with me to get the right vehicle at the right price for my budget. Beth in the Business office has been very good to deal with as well making the paperwork side of things an easy and seemless process. I've had many interactions with the service team over the years and they have always gone above and beyond to look after my vehicles. If you ever need your Gus Brown car serviced then you need to work with Joseph Roberts. He was so amazingly helpful and insightful. I had some problems with my dash warning lights and Joe even went the extra mile to check on my car after the initial fix. As it turned out one light was still flashing at me and I was just gonna let it go even tho it bothered me but since Joe reached out to me via text (which anyone under 40 prefers over a phone call) to check on how the car was doing. When I told him my concern he had my car back in and good as new in 30 minutes ! I truly appreciated the Above and beyond customer service!

I've had my vehicles serviced at Gus Brown in the past and can honestly say that they go above and beyond the customer expectations. Knowing this, I decided to drop in and ask a few questions about a new purchase. Repair to my vehicle was completed in the time frame communicated. Dave arranged a rental which was available without delay. The staff is always friendly and I really appreciate the car wash voucher. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

My truck was shaking and having problems shifting. I brought my vehicle here for service and now my truck drives like it's a brand new truck.

I will continue to bring my vehicle here for service. I've had past problems with other service stations (ie. Wrong oil put in my vehicle) so it's nice to bring my vehicle to a place I can trust.
