I go here at least 3-4 times per week. Always a good experience and have all that you need and a pharmacy to get everything in the same space. You can also get your flu shot while grocery shopping now.

This is a great store. It's large but has spacious aisles. Very good Co-vid Protocols . Good produce, bakery and meat selection. Very good take out ready made meals here as well. I'm coming back here.Loads of parking.

Metro become my favorite grocery store recently. Produce are always fresh. Bakery department provides good quality and healthy breads. Meat department is also fresh and often has good deals. Their price is higher than no frills but I enjoy the shopping experience. And I like talk to the butcher employees there.

Wonderful store, friendly employees, clean, and fairly priced

I go there every week and buy some fresh fruits and groceries. My fav thing to buy there is cakes.There mango flavoured cake is out of the world. I also bought a strawberry cake on valentines day. It was amazing. The bouquets are also always fresh and beautiful.

I shopped at Whitby Metro for the first time in 2 years, prior to that, it was my store for shopping for years..
I was blown away to be honest by the cleanliness , organization and friendly staff. Also with nice mellow music in background. Great job and great shopping experience! I will be back😊

We have been happily purchasing our groceries at Metro for many years and have never had anything to complain about. Store is always neat and clean and staffed with fantastic people. They are always friendly and helpful. Items are neatly displayed. I just enjoy being there.

Have been shopping at this store for 18 yrs. Seen many changes, but all good. My favourite purchase is barbecue chicken. Lately I've noticed they seem smaller, and several times have been overcooked and the wings impossible to eat. The legs are sometimes tough and had to discard outer skin. I am a senior on fixed income so don't like to waste food. One chicken can provide several meals for me. Don't wish to give up buying them. Yesterday I noticed 2 with one leg missing. The one I bought was again wings inedible, and skin on legs tough. Is there a way to remedy this? They are my favourite. Thanks for your consideration. I enjoy your store, and the employees are always friendly.

Always a good shopping experience and staff!

Staff are friendly and the store is clean and organized. A few weeks ago I had asked an employee about the availability of a gluten free flour that was no longer on the shelf. She offered to check with the manager and let me know and by the time I got home there was a message on my machine letting me know they were no longer carrying the product. Also they have a good selection of gluten free products and their Irresistibles gluten-free products are every bit as good as the higher priced brand names.

Always fresh food friendly staff prices are a bit on the high level but if you get them on specials or at discounted rates when they're close to expiry you save lots of money

Honestly do pretty well all my grocery shopping here. They have nice staff, and good selection.
